If anything changes or the supply is on backorder, Stephanie is quick to reach out and address the problem. My only complaint is that the cans arrive dented in almost every order. They're packed in bubble wrap and paper, but still arrive in poor condition.

Verified reviewIve had no issues this Koha Pet. My dog is so picky its are to find her food she'll eat. So I thought maybe trying the dehydrated mix would help. Sorry to say it didnt. Its not Koha pet's problem. Its my picky dog lol I had an issue with Fed Ex though. When I received it, the box was opened and damaged. But the product was still intact.
