Verified reviewNot at all customer friendly. No phone number made available to speak with customer service. Must spend $69 to avoid shipping fees. Returns are very costly and difficult to return. I would never recommend this company.

KOHA offers "trial packs" and a 3 can minimum, these options allow your cat to "sample" a variety of flavors or 1 specific flavor to find which he likes best before investing in a case purchase. Verified reviewI have not opened up any of the cans from this new order. BUT, the last order I received did contain some cans that were bad. A few days ago my Bengal stopped eating his Koha rabbit. I could not figure out why, he was not sick, he was acting normal, playing, interacting fine. I tried to feed him more Koha later that day and he smelled it and walked away. I then went and got the can and smelled it. The odor was foul smelling. I opened up a new can and that was fine and my cat ate it. I opened up another can a few days later and the smell, again was horrible. Any input on this matter? I sent an email to Stefanie Margolies on Sept 27 but did not receive an answer. Verified reviewIt seems that the food is good since my cats didn’t have any issues after they tried a couple of bites. ( they have sensitive stomach) However unfortunately they didn’t like the food (I tried 4 different flavors) and didn’t try more than a couple of bites even when they were hungry. I sent emails to the customer service to return the unopened pouches but they still didn’t respond for a couple of days now.

I have one cat with IBD/Triaditis and needed to find a simple, limited ingredient food for him, as well as a food my other two cats would eat as well. All three absolutely love it. It’s very juicy and has a moist consistency they all seem to love.
