Verified reviewMy order came badly damaged, with many cans dented and four split open. I sent an email to KOHA and received a reply within an hour. They offered to refund me for the split cans and explained dented ones were safe to use. They were efficient, polite, and prompt in following through. Very happy with their customer service! All of my orders have been processed in less than two days, so I will continue to get our cat food from them.

Verified reviewI do not like having everything shipped USPS, I live in a travel trailer at a campground and USPS does not deliver to campgrounds. UPS and FEDEX do would like the option to pick the delivery company.

Verified reviewI was in a bit of a panic when my 11 year old boy decided he could no longer stomach chicken. There aren't many options for food without chicken. I was sooo thrilled to find Koha. I can avoid his allergen and still feed top quality food! My other two senior kitties all love the new can food!

My only complaint is that the boxes are sometimes smashed when delivered, so the cans of cat food are slightly smashed as well. Maybe packaging could be a little better to reduce damage done to the cans?
