Verified reviewI tried Koha as an alternative to the food my vet was prescribing for my kitten with chronic diarrhea. The prescription food was filled with stuff that I didn't feel comfortable putting into my already sick kitty so I wanted a cleaner alternative. Even though it didn't clear up his digestive issues, I continued to feed it to him just because I liked the fact that it was a good, quality product. The only issue I ever had was not with Koha, but with the shipper, in this case UPS. Upon more than one occasion there was a delay in delivery and even though I order way in advance of running out of food, it was pretty a couple of times. My last shipment went over ten days without delivery and no updates on tracking information. I have always said it is easy for a company to shine when everything goes well, but the true measure of quality is how things are handled when all goes wrong. I am very pleased to say that Koha is a quality company with quality employees such as Stephanie who not only took care of my problem, but did so while she was on vacation. Kudos to Koha for having a quality product and quality employees!

I found your brand at my local feed store, (not a nationwide chain), and when they stopped carrying the salmon rice blend, I started searching online and found your website. Verified reviewThis is my 2nd order, which was for 3 cases and shipped UPS. It arrived promptly. Much better than my 1st order for 1 case that shipped via US postal service, took twice as long and disappeared from tracking for a week. So sad that USPS has become unreliable.

Verified reviewThe ingredients are great but both of my cats have suddenly gone from loving to refusing to eat any of the pate options. I think the formula may have changed. Duck also has a LOT of sharp bone fragments. I am disappointed because I really thought I has found a winner and the other options don't provide enough calories for the price.

KOHA is a limited ingredient, minimally processed, natural food; the color, consistency, and texture can sometimes vary from batch to batch. Please know bones in wet food with a high content of meat are always possible. KOHA food is made with strict guidelines, most of our proteins are mechanically de-boned and the small bits of bone that may be found in our formals are digestible. KOHA is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Cat Food Nutrient Profiles For Maintenance. Verified reviewOur 2 cats are fairly picky eaters and we discovered that they love the Koha poke bowl Tuna/Pumpkin. It was recommended by a cat owner working at Hollywood feed and was a hit. We started buying it from the Koha website because the cans were a better deal for us than the packets that Hollywood carries.
