Verified reviewKoha has always been prompt in getting me food quickly. I am very please with your products. My dog Ryver has some serious allergies to many foods. However my experience with Koha has been nothing short excellent. He has had no problems with allergies since staring with Koha. Thank you for making such a well balanced nutritional food that even smells so good when you open the can. My daughter feeds her animals raw but uses Koha when she gets behind on food preparations. Thank you again for truly caring about animals

Verified reviewMy husband and I are so pleased that we found this brand. Our sweet cat Carl has a sensitive tummy and is allergic to chicken. The Limited Ingredient variety is a game changer. The duck and rabbit are his favorites, which happen to be the most expensive. Guess our boy has expensive taste. The cost is worth it though! Shipping was fast, and the carboard box it comes in is one of his favorite places to sit!

Would be nice if they offered promotion codes for existing customers to give to their friends and family to also try kohapet food out! I highly recommend them thus far!! Customer service was incredible! I was contacted several times about my package and whether it was being shipped, in transit, or delivered. I was contacted each time about my package which says alot about their customer support and the people working there! Outstanding! Hope to become part of the kohapet family LOL. Hands down the best customer service I've encountered to date.

In addition, this is false advertising as you buy this thinning you would only see a list of like 5 ingredients, but no, its more like 50, with plenty of names one cant pronounce. save your money and stick with Friskies its probably just as bad

Verified reviewKohapet products have been recommended to us by our vet,as a high quality cat food. My cat likes it, especially Shredded Chicken in sauce. But I found Customer Service is not efficient. They work only Mon-Fri 9-5. No response on weekends or after hours. They are not customer friendly either..And the emails are answered also only on working days. Wish they become more convenient for clients…The website is a bit complicated for use. They have modified it recently,but it still not customer friendly.Again,I am satisfied with food for my cat. The prices are reasonable on my opinion.Delivery is improved within the last year.Typically it arrives within 2-3 days in the decent box.I recommend Kohapet food for cats since it is highly competitive on the cats food market for their minimal ingredients and high amount of protein in it.
