Verified reviewLove the food, quality, and ingredients. What I don't like is they charge more for shipping than other pet stores and it takes twice as long to arrive. My order takes 7 days to arrive on my subscription delivery. I get other stores within 2 days ordering and they use FedEx or UPS. That is the only negative. The quality and ingredients of the food is most important. I just wish they offered better shipping timeline. USPS sadly sucks if you live rural.

Verified reviewI received a text saying there was a 20% off on specific cans of dog food. Whenever I tried to apply the code, it would not apply. Next I clicked the Contact Us button and wrote a brief message about the problem. No one responded. Two days later I got another advertising text. I went ahead and ordered bc we are running low and this is the only source I know that provides simply canned meat for my dog.
