Verified reviewMy first experience with Koha was very positive. Excellent website that answered all my questions about their limited ingredient dog food. Purchasing online from Koha was easy, and my canned food arrived within a few days and in perfect condition. Appreciated the email discount code. Shipping cost was steep at $10, and I was not able to reach Koha's $69 threshold for free shipping, which is quite higher than most pet food retailers. In fact, I almost purchased this Koha wet food on Amazon Prime to get free shipping, but I'm always leery of purchasing pet food on Amazon for quality purposes. Overall, it was a great first experience with the Koha company.

Verified reviewKoha LID Duck and Turkey are the only foods my cat (dx severe IBD) seems able to tolerate. He doesn't love it, but he does like it enough to eat it every day. Koha orders always arrive quickly, I've never had a problem with delivery. My biggest criticism is pricing. I am disabled and live on SSI so this food is expensive for me. That said, I am willing to sacrifice other purchases to keep my cat from being in pain all the time. So grumblingly, I accept the price of the food. What I dislike is that the free shipping seems strategically just out of reach. 1 case of the LID catfood comes to $63. Free shipping is for orders $65 . Tax, brings me over the limit but Koha doesn't count tax. So I either have to pay shipping, or have to double up on his good some months which is extremely difficult to do on a fixed income. Emailing customer service was not helpful. I understand they are a small business but I'm already paying more for their food, which should take that into account. I really feel like free shipping shouldn't be held right out of reach. Frustrating that they don't sell via chewy who has better limits for free shipping. Overall- I do recommend this food for kitties with IBD or other food/ digestion issues, I just wish they were more consumer friendly.
