  I recently started a subscription for this product and it delivered last week. On Friday, Oct 8, I received an email from Koha stating that my subscription order was getting ready to ship but when I signed up for the subscription I had it shipping every 5 weeks. I logged into my account on Friday, Oct 8 and changed it to ship every 12 weeks. I received an email from Koha on Saturday, Oct 10, stating my order was shipping. I tried to call but you were closed. I sent emails stating DO NOT SHIP, but it shipped on Saturday anyway. I DO NOT WANT THIS ORDER SO PLEASE CONTACT UPS AND ARRANGE FOR IT TO COME BACK TO YOU. I WILL FOLLOW UP ON MONDAY, OCT 11.

  Charlie and Elie our Morkie and Maltese "LOVE" Pure Shreds, and didn't even bark at the delivery person that put it on the front porch. Mom and Dad like it because it is very healthy and does not upset the kids stomach. Best Wet Food Ever.

  Well, I’ve been feeding her the food for months. She didn’t really like it, but tolerated it. She needs limited ingredient food for digestive issues and has been on rabbit for many years. She’d liked this better than her prescription food but only when they can is freshly opened and sometimes not at all. However when I just switched to the 3 oz. can for her, I noticed all the cans have I big space at the bottom. So they can is not full of product. I feel a little jilted not getting even 3 oz.

  This is a great company with great products. They have my dogs favorite 2 foods. My dog is a very picky eater and she will eat their products. I highly recommend all of the products on the Pure Shreds line. My dog loves them. They are very good with great service. I would highly recommend.

  This is an excellent product. My finicky cat loves his food and will always look for more. Other brands he has turned up his nose and it was a chore to get him to eat. Our first shipment was processed same day and arrived in 5 days. The Customer Service staff reached out to me promptly the Monday after the order was placed when I emailed them requesting help with an issue setting up an account. I'm thrilled that I was able to set up a recurring order and now I don't have to place weekly orders and run to the pet shop to pick up food!

  My cats LOVE this food but I can only find it at one pet store in my area & it’s kind of out of the way. I was delighted when I found I could order on a reoccurring basis straight from the manufacturer. I had some difficulty receiving my 1st order because of an incompetent local delivery service but Stefanie M in customer service got me a replacement no problem. Glad the quality of the service matches the quality of the food.

  I have four dogs, from 135lbs to 7 lbs. They all love Koha, to my surprise, I have never found one brand they all will eat. They are picky eaters, I have always made home cooked food, or purchase a fresh delivery service. I had to switch to something that did not need to be refrigerated, but was high quality and they would like. Koha is it.

  Sadly I cannot rate the product itself, but I will say that the shipping is horrendous and totally unreliable! The product sat in a nearby town, last stop before moving to out for delivery for 4 days. Finally on the 5th day the system indicated that it was delivered, but I can say that it was NOT! We searched everywhere and no sign of the product on our porch, garage, mailbox or our at one of our neighbors. I had hoped to be a regular customer, but have an ill kitty and can't work with a company that I can't rely on actually delivering the product. I have asked them to move to another delivery option. Finally after a week, I asked them to resend the product, but have heard nothing on that front either. It's too bad! I'm now off searching for other options.

  I was disappointed that the food is not all life phases because I have an adult and a kitten Maine Coon. The adult doesn't care for the food, the kitten isn't crazy for it but she will eat anything!

  The site was pretty simple to go through, my favorites are the trial packs because they are more friendly on the wallet. So far all my cats loves the stew flavors. I originally got it for my one who has digestive issues and he seems to enjoy them! I love the variety in flavors, especially ones they never had, and the different textures for picky cats. My oldest is definitely the most pickiest, and she loves the shredded stews!

  It's taken weeks to find the right dog food for my dog and he loves the rabbit stew. I also purchased the Omega veggie package and he love it too. I'm hoping his itching and hair improves with this food.

  We bought our cats Royal Canin Duck, rabbit and venison fromChewy for several years. Royal Canin disappeared. We researched and found you. The cats are happy with the Duck and one out of two likes the rabbit. I find your texture about the same but find your Duck and rabbit stickier than RC. The quality is very high and in general, I’m very satisfied.

  One of my kitties has a very sensitive stomach and the other kitty has IBS and since I started feeding them the duck wet food, they have had no issues. Best quality cat food ever. Great company with fast shipping. Very satisfied customer.

  I've just started using the product, I wish I would have found it sooner. So far I'm very happy with the quality of the product and the most important thing, my cat loves it. She becomes very excited when it's time to be fed. More so than ever before.

  Ordering was very easy. The package came very quickly. However my cats don't care for it. I don't know why because it looks very good and it smells very good. I'm giving it a 5 star review because of the way it looks and smells and how quickly the order came.

  My order arrived quickly and well packaged. The cardboard case cover prevented the cans from being dented in transport and is now serving as a fun cat bed. I will not think twice about ordering directly from Koha again!
