  Not only did my pickiest cat take right to ALL 3 flavors of the limited ingredient diet but also my picky dog ate ALL 3 trial flavors too! So we decided on Duck for the cats and kangaroo for the pup. So far our cat (overweight with skin issues) has become un-constipated and his hot spots are drying up and our dog's poo (she has IBD) has been excellent. I'm order more right after this review.

  Easy site to navigate. Easy to order. I received prompt delivery and am very pleased with this new site I recently found looking for duck as main ingredient for my cat, Herman Grey who has had a food allergy causing excessive itching. Duck has relieved him completely. He loves this formula and licks his bowl clean every feeding.

  My cat absolutely loves the food and most important, it agrees with her IBS. My only issue is I believe the food is too expensive. I feed her over a can a day as it’s her only food source. $71 for 24 small cans is very expensive. But I love my cat and want her health.

  Unfortunately, the shipping method used by the manufacturer is not suitable for wet cat food. It can take up to a week for the food to arrive and in that time it will often sit in very hot temperatures for long periods of time which will damage the quality of the food. I notice a definite difference in the food I purchase at a local store and the food purchased directly from the manufacturer. Also, every shipment has included damaged cans. In one instance, the damage was so bad that the food inside the cans was compromised. Only try this food if you are able to purchase it from a local store, but the price is probably too high given that it is still processed wet food.

  My dog loves this and now always eats every meal. I no longer have to beg to get her to eat!!! I have tried many foods and this one seems the most healthy. Sometimes I give her straight Shreds and at times I use it as a topper.

  Awesome! My picky eater Satin loves the poke bowls for cats, and so does my Dog Sadie, cant keep her out of it. :-) My older cat Lucky enjoys the limited ingredient food, especially since there are no peas. Reasonable pricing for great quality food. Great job, keep it up, thanks.

  I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. My order was LOST and I had to contact Koha for a refund after having to buy a different food for my animals. What should have happened: Koha taking responsibility for the lost package and issuing a replacement order immediately as this is an AUTOSHIP. What did happen: Koha blaming UPS and trying to locate the package before offering a shipment replacement then after a confusing email finally offering a refund *that I had already* requested but have not received.

  My cats love the pouches, do not like a can. I believe you are moving away from the Poke Bowl pouch so now I have to go another yet another search for a pouch food they will actually eat.   Excellent product, good website and I appreciate the delivery updates. Just one thing: the box comes with TOO MUCH plastic packaging - it's a pain to unwrap and creates a lot of plastic waste. Other canned food I bought (from Amazon) came with less packaging and it never arrived damaged.
