  Koha delivers all my food in a timely manner, and I love the subscription service. The sampler packs have also proven to be invaluable, as I have found my cats' new favorite food, while discovering ones they won't touch.

  There is no gravy or sauce. It's dark brown meaning all the good has been boiled out of it. I've tried two different kinds and my 2 cats wouldn't get near it.

  My dogs have been eating KOHA canned food for years. I purchased Turkey Stew for the first time. I am sure my dogs will like it and it will be a healthy product for them.

  I just joined auto ship. I thought the delivery was a little slow until I realized that the season was Christmas! I will ask for an earlier date for my next delivery since it will be during the holidays. I am glad to have auto ship.

  My dog likes the food. Ships fast. The only issue I have is that every time a lot of the cans come pretty banged up and/or crushed and you can’t return unless they are leaking.

  This food still is not "pure", pure meat, but has pumpkin and turmeric etc.. if you have a cat with sensitivities or IBS you need pure, not all that added "stuff". Many foods have that. What’s hard to find is 'pure'. My cat didn’t like it, either, would not eat. So, very expensive and not great. Sorry to leave a negative....but truthful...review.

  Their shipping was quick and product seems great and high quality. I have a cat with many issues and she is a super picky eater. I thought this food might be a winner. It was not. However, it does not deserve a poor review because she is headed downhill. She did seem to like the food that came in the packets ok. Those had a strong smell to them that got her appetite going a little!! I would highly recommend this product based on ingredients. My cat even tasted it is saying something! Definately give it a try.

  The product from Koha is great. We've been ordering for quite some time from them. Our last order came with rat feces and dead flies between the cans and the plastic. I contacted the company and they said they would credit us one free case and 20% off our next order. I had ordered three cases. So I guess I get a credit of one case and get to clean off rat feces off the cases I have???? I had asked them to replace the product as this isn't acceptable when you pay $200 for three cases of cat food.

  I searched google for "dog food for dogs with Crohn's Disease". Koha Pet was one of the top websites to show up. Based on the website, which stated the food is good for dogs with food sensitivities, I gave it a shot. Currently my dog eats this hydrolized protein diet, from Royal Canin, which is $4/can and has no flavor at all, I feel so bad for my dog. I bought this food from Koha Pet, with high hopes, but my dog's Crohns flares up every time I give him the food. He regurgitates at least twice after eating this food, not as bad as Blue Buffalo, but it still causes discomfort. Unfortunately I am stuck with this expensive, bland diet for my dog, with hopes that one day some other brand will create a tastier, more edible food for dogs with Crohns.

  Our pets love the food, delivery is average speed which is fine. I do see that I get a lot of bent cans in the shipment even though it’s packed well so I’m assuming it’s coming out of the canning line at one point that way.

  I have a 14 year old kitty that has digestive issues and is a VERY picky eater. Tried her on the KOHA L.I.D. rabbit and it was a huge success. She loves it and it has made the biggest improvement with her digestive system. Thank you KOHA!!

  This is the only food our cat loves to eat every day, we've tried alot of other brands and he got tired of them after awhile. Simba doesn't get sick on these and he will eat them everyday without getting tired of them.

  I have had animals for 52 years, and have worked in pet health and nutrition for years. I had a senior cat who passed from complications of IBD, and my new kitty developed severe IBD at just one and a half years. Of course the vet wanted to put her on garbage Prescriptive Diets, which I refused. Feeding single ingredient, alternate protein KOHA rabbit pate, along with digestive enzymes & probiotics specific to cats, has completely reversed the IBD/diarrhea she was suffering from, and we are once again a relieved, happy and very grateful family. We owe our cats' health to KOHA. Thank you! I highly recommend this food to any and all pet parents with cats.

  The food is very very good. I am angry about the shipping. The box was shipped to me a bit ago, I thought nothing of it and would get cans by just reaching inside. Today, I did so and a roach crawled out along my arm. I sprayed it down with insecticide outside and after a few hours got everything out of the box, turns out there were very many baby roaches hanging outside of some of the cans in a manner that suggested they were feeding on those cans --I threw out about 11 cans, meaning that out of my 24 can order, 13 were useable. I really do like this product --my cat has a sensitive stomach and will only eat exotic meats like kangaroo and rabbit-- but that was a really frightening and wasteful experience. I'm probably going to try once more, and if nothing's better next time, to find another way. Unfortunate to have to give a bad review.

It won't let me get to the specific cat food I want and brings up a pop up coupon or add....I can't tell what it is as the page goes dark and all I see is an "x" in the middle of the screen. It did this before but somehow I was able to bypass it. Also, to charge almost $10 shipping for 6 cans of cat food is pretty excessive.

  even though the box was marked fragile, the 2 cases of dog food had broken out of their shrink wrap and the cans were loose and many dented. Makes me want to buy different dog food from another source.
