She was very helpful in walking me through each step of the home-buying process had a great knowledge of Atlanta properties and the market was always responsive and was great to have on your side during negotiations.   Using Karley to sell our home was amazing. She had so much attention to detail. Was quick to let us know of what was happening. Set expectations and made sure we understood what was happening.   Brandon has made this experience unforgettably. When other companies and people didn't want to work he stepped in and challenged their work ethics and integrity on our behalf and made the deal happen for me and my family.   You cannot go wrong when you partner up with Casey Dellinger from the Justin Landis Group as your Realtor she is your advocate and a shoulder to cry on. To date I have partnered up with Casey on purchasing my first home my second home and currently looking for an investment property. I found Casey through a friend who had also partnered up with Casey to purchase her home. As soon as I reached out she was on it. As a first time homebuyer looking for my first house in a super hot market I was lost and confused and I felt defeated and on a tight deadline. I found a house purchased through FHA and closed in 30 days (just in time) Easy Peasy! My second home I found in a hot hot market Casey negotiated $30k under asking 10k in repair credits and closed in 30 days Smooth sailing! I loved working with Casey so much I trusted her with my sisters house search and purchase in Georgia (she was relocating from Florida). And I will forever refer Casey to all my friends and family. I enjoyed her professionalism and the friendship that come from it. I cannot thank her enough for getting me through the biggest purchases I have ever made and came out of them educated and informed.   We worked with Claire Knox to buy our first house. She understood our needs educated us as first time homebuyers and kept us focused on a house that made a lot of sense for our situation. We were in a bidding war and still got the house due to really strong closing terms. The house appraised for even more!   I got so lucky when my Google search lead me to Casey - I chose her because I saw another first-time homeowner had a great experience with her and they were right. Casey is knowledgeable and savvy but also patient and thoughtful. She walked me through the home buying process more times than I can count answering (and reanswering) my questions (even questions I didn't know I had!) and making sure I knew what I was agreeing to at every turn. She played a key role in helping me buy a home under asking in this insane market (April '22). She obviously had the knowledge of the industry but it was her knowledge of how to approach the seller/seller's realtor with the exact right offer that balanced their needs and mine that was vital. I would recommend Casey to anyone looking to buy a home in this market but especially first time home buyers!

  We enjoyed working with the Justin Landis group. They made the process of selling/buying so much easier. We had the pleasure of working with Ashton Grace and Clair. They were a great team. This was our first time selling and buying at the same time. The team made the process seamless. We did not have to stress over finding a photographer inspector etc. Since we did not have anyone we preferred to use they help set up appointments with everyone. They think of everything so you don't have to. We highly recommend this realty group.

  As first time homebuyers Nick went above and beyond to help us pinpoint what exactly we were looking for. Once Nick became familiar with our wishlist he was super prompt with sending over home options that were tailored to our specific needs. He found our new home within 4 days. Once we attended the showing Nick submitted our offer the same day and the offer was accepted the next. He was great with identifying the seller’s needs which resulted in our offer being the most attractive. We did run into a bad appraisal but Nick was able to resolve diligently. Thanks to Nick the home-buying process was extremely painless on our end and we really appreciate all the hard work he put in to ensure a smooth transaction! 11/10 would recommend!

  I wholeheartedly recommend Georgia Bray as a realtor agent in the Atlanta area. We had worked with Justin Landis group for my previous house in May 2020. That is why I contacted them while looking for a house for myself by the end of 2021 beginning of 2022. Working with Georgia absolutely made the difference for the following reasons: Personality: Georgia has the perfect combination of assertiveness and kindness. She has a welcoming and positive personality but also a very practical and ground to hearth attitude. I must mention her smile is her signature card! Since the very beginning she respected my times while I was navigating through many personal issues. However she knew when to jump in and update me about the market prices and opportunities even before they were published. She looked for houses for me for over three months even when I was abroad! Professionalism: A great listener Georgia always had time to hear my questions and doubts as this was the first house I was buying on my own. She also kept into account my preferences and never tried to make me change my mind. She was always informed and prepared to make the process manageable during the hard times I was going through. She even drove me to some of the properties as she knew sometimes I was unable to drive myself. The process: As Georgia has a great eye to bring out any property’s hidden potentials I had the opportunity to benefit from that to expand my perspective.   We wouldn’t encourage anyone to buy in this market…. unless they’re buying with a realtor like Emily! She met with us before we were even ready to seriously start looking and explained the whole home buying process to us as first-time home buyers. We lost out on a couple offers (like most people do these days) but in the end we were able to find a home better than we dreamed of off market thanks to Emily’s determination and relationship building. We couldn’t have done it without her!

  Our realtor Hannah Wehunt made the process of selling our first home a breeze. We were very nervous going in to this as this would be our first time selling a house.   My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Jeannette to buy our first home! Even during a highly competitive market Jeannette made the homebuying process feel smooth and stress free.   To start off the 2022 housing market is crazy! But working with Roy made it manageable and exciting. Roy was always patient responsive and understanding. We traveled many miles all across town saw more than a dozen homes and made many offers. When I began to think there was no way I could get the home I wanted Roy offered support and encouragement that we would succeed. Roy offered great guidance all along the way. As a first-time homebuyer I was not super familiar with the process. Roy was great at explaining the nuances so that I was confident in going forward. Once we found a great home and had an offer accepted Roy helped me negotiate $6500 in closing costs! In the end it all worked out. I am now a first-time homeowner and I couldn't be happier!   I had to relocate from Phoenix to GA knowing nothing about the area. This occurred in the pandemic so I could not easily preview homes in person and the market was INSANE with multiple offers on homes within days.   My wife and I don't have enough words to describe how positive our experience was with Ashton and the entire Justin Landis team. When we decided to sell our home we met with a couple of other realtors before meeting with Ashton. From the start you could tell she had a lot of experience and knowledge of the Atlanta/Metro Atlanta market. She made us feel comfortable and confident that we would get our target price. She was realistic and never promised a certain number. Our goal was her goal. From our first meeting to closing the whole team made the process for us so easy. Mari came by a couple of weeks before the photos to advise us on what areas to declutter which was super helpful and gave us a head start on packing. Ashton also gave us contacts for great painter/handyman and cleaning crew. The day of the photos went very smooth. The gentleman was in and out in a flash. The photos turned out FANTASTIC! They really showcased our house well. I think it helped drive the amount of showings we had. We also have to give a shoutout to the Listing Manager Bryan Bunn. He was on top everything and was super responsive. It was a pleasure working with him. Ashton was simply amazing to work with as well. She was in our corner from start to finish. I forgot to mention that this was our first time selling a house and we know it will never be this easy again.   Ben made our first home-buying experience a total breeze - even in this hectic market. He walked us through every step of the buying process and never made us feel dumb for asking tons of questions along the way. We kind of ran the gamut while looking for a home - we were really excited about a home that had a faulty inspection and Ben seamlessly helped us move on from that. We were in a few bidding wars where the price got above our comfort level and Ben gave us advice but never pressured us to do anything that we weren't completely confident in.   Ben has been incredible in helping us buy homes in ATL. Not only are we remote (so need extra help virtual walk-throughs etc.) but is extremely responsive to all of our questions comments and concerns.   We had Georgia Bray assigned as our realtor while looking for a house on Zillow so we ended up putting our trust in her without being connected beforehand. We are so glad we did!   When we first met India Harris she was the only agent to respond on Zillow after many previous attempts to connect with other agents. She explained that selling homes was about helping people establish generational home ownership. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of the local market. She answered all of our questions and her follow up communication via phone and email was prompt. When we viewed a new property India would look for potentially troublesome signs. Our situation was unique in that we were not local in GA so we really had to trust her judgment. India led us through the bidding process harnessing our expectations & encouraging us through the disappointment of lost bids. She would always say This means that the house you are meant to have is coming.
