  I connected with Justin Landis Group thanks to the recommendation of one of my closest friends and the team exceeded my expectations. I am mainly grateful to Claire Knox for all her patience support and guidance but I was also impressed with everyone else that supported me (both as part of JLG and their amazing network of contacts). This was my first experience buying a home and I can honestly say I always felt everyone involved had my best interest at heart. I can’t speak highly enough of Claire who not only managed to calm my anxiety during the whole process but constantly reminded me about how exciting this big step was/is. I really appreciated it and can’t recommend this team enough!

  Lindsay is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable personable and responsive. She was available anytime I had a question or needed anything at all. She made buying a home in this crazy housing market a breeze. I highly recommend her!

  Shawn Ware is an exceptional realtor. Traveling long distances she found more than a dozen houses that met our requirements. She was well informed about each residence and quick to find out anything extra about which we were curious. She was excellent taking us through the process of closing which is complicated and convoluted. She has helped find answers several times since closing. She has a lovely smile and a temperament angels would envy. I would highly recommend Shawn as a realtor. Thanks Shawn.

  You cannot go wrong when you partner up with Casey Dellinger from the Justin Landis Group as your Realtor she is your advocate and a shoulder to cry on. To date I have partnered up with Casey on purchasing my first home my second home and currently looking for an investment property. I found Casey through a friend who had also partnered up with Casey to purchase her home. As soon as I reached out she was on it. As a first time homebuyer looking for my first house in a super hot market I was lost and confused and I felt defeated and on a tight deadline. I found a house purchased through FHA and closed in 30 days (just in time) Easy Peasy! My second home I found in a hot hot market Casey negotiated $30k under asking 10k in repair credits and closed in 30 days Smooth sailing! I loved working with Casey so much I trusted her with my sisters house search and purchase in Georgia (she was relocating from Florida). And I will forever refer Casey to all my friends and family. I enjoyed her professionalism and the friendship that come from it. I cannot thank her enough for getting me through the biggest purchases I have ever made and came out of them educated and informed. And Thank You Justin Landis Group and the team for all the support and the constant communication that I needed. I am a huge fan!

  Grace and Claire helped my wife and I buy our first home. As first-time home buyers we felt intimidated by the crazy real estate market conditions but Grace and her team helped make the process easy. We were given the best information available to make an informed offer and we got the house of our dreams. Since settling into our new home we're very happy here and know we made the right decision using Grace and her team.

  Lindsay was amazing to work with! She really listened to what we wanted and made sure we found a house that checked all our boxes. She was great at communicating with us and she fought for us throughout the entire negotiation process making sure all our concerns were addressed. As first time home buyers we were nervous about the process but Lindsay took the time to help whenever needed. In a tough market Lindsay helped us get a home on our first offer!
