  If you're buying / selling a home do yourself a favor and choose Ashton Ernst as your broker. She is amazing! We bought and sold homes with her in the last 8 months and had the best experience! She and her entire group are super professional and Ashton gets results!!! She got us the house of our dreams after selling the first home for way over asking price. She made the whole process soooo easy. Ashton is the hardest working woman in real estate. You will not be disappointed!

  Courtney has been a blessing to my husband and me.   Karley was very helpful in keeping me calm when I would freak out about a house. With the market the way it was/is and each house under contract as soon as I stepped foot in it it was getting pretty daunting. Karley helped by listening to my fears and understood the urgency of my timeline. I am pleased with the home I was able to get in my budget. The whole team was so great. Mark was very responsive to my questions and my either glitching computer or personal lack of knowledge of working the Excel sheets. Overall the Justin Landis Group helped in so many ways and purchasing on my own this time around I was very grateful.

  On referral from a friend who had worked with Courtney we engaged her for selling our condo and finding a new home during the height of a competitive housing market. From the initial introduction call she was invested in understanding what was important to us and provided us all of the information needed for a smooth process. Courtney was so organized trustworthy and flexible - quickly communicating updates and considerations as we navigated the market!   My partner and I had the best experience working with Tiffanie Reker. As first-time home buyers we had a lot of questions and didn't know much about the process. Tiff was enormously responsive and helpful and very self-assuring. Buying a home is obviously a huge commitment and expense and can be a very stressful process but working with Tiff made it fun. We felt taken care of every step of the way and were able to land two accepted offers after looking for less than two months. If you're in the market for a new home we'd highly recommend working with Tiff and her team.

  My neighbor is selling their house and it is being listed by the Justin Landis Group. They hired a landscaper who decided to blow leaves trash and debris into the neighboring yards and the street. When this was brought to the attention of the landscaper they denied any wrong doing and basically told me it was "totally legal and totally cool". Ashton (listing agent?) Initially seemed like she might be of some help but basically I was told it will get fixed Saturday maybe. That's almost a week of leaves in the street. Due to the lack of consideration showed to me my neighbors and the city I would never sell my home with the Justin Landis Group. Does the Justin Landis Group support leaving neighborhoods in worse condition than they found them? Is blowing leaves in the street appropriate?

  Kristen Johnson was absolutely amazing and our deal would not have closed without her. We had some difficulties with the deal and she handled everything very well. Even after we closed on the home we still had some issues and she took care of them right away. She even reached out to us weeks later to see how everything was going. I would highly recommend her. She is a very knowledgeable realtor who takes care of her clients from the beginning to the end. Thank you Kirsten Johnson for everything. Because of you we now have our forever home!!

  I worked specifically with Erika Ervin to find my FIRST home AND plot twist my family and I were on a real serious time crunch. But if it can be done Erika can do it! It was a real joy to work with her. As you can imagine I had many questions as a first time home buyer and Erika addressed all of my questions with a high level of attentiveness and care.   I am a first time homebuyer using my VA home loan and when I say I have ZERO real estate knowledge I really mean it. Trevor Fandrich handled this whole experience exceedingly well and even educated me during each step of the way.   Whoa!!!! Is all can say when it came to the sell of my home. Long story short the buyers lender delayed the closing for almost 100 days *inserts angry face*. However Emily and her team always kept my best interest 1st making sure I received "good faiths" payments when the buyer was contractual out of time by being responsive and even had back up plans in case I wanted to back out of the deal! The house ended up selling over asking!!! Initially when my house wasnt selling as fast as I thought it would she personally came by to see what can be done to get the ball rolling faster....I was under contract a week later. I really appreciated all of her work because this was a very stressful situation for me as this was the my 1st home that I have ever sold. I recommend Emily and her team to anyone and I will be using her expertise again to buy my next home. Thanks again Emily :D

  We were looking for a home in Atlanta but we lived in Florida. Once we found a potential property online Roy went to the property and provided us with his video walkthrough which helped us in determining the condition of the property. After months of reviewing different properties and made multiple offers Roy helped us in the offering process and gave us great advise how to proceed. He helped us with the bidding/offering process and helped us in providing a reasonable offer. Once we have an acceptance of the bid Roy helped us in scheduling all the appointments with different vendors (8 or 9 total) and worked with the vendors to provide us with a summary of the estimates. He was there for every step and helped to address all of my concerns. If I were to buy and sell a house again I would certainly reach out to Roy. He went above and beyond what I expected for a real estate agent to help us in finding repairing and buying the condo.

  Ben Riekhof is hands down the best real estate agent. Ben opened our first session (virtually) explaining the home buying process from start to finish. Ben was a teacher before he was an agent and he has a passion for educating and representing first time home buyers. After our session he created a profile for me on his site and would send places for me to check out. I would provide my feedback on the site and we used it to narrow down the properties I wanted to see. The 2021 Midtown ATL market is hot but Ben was always timely in scheduling tours diligent in drafting offers and conscientious in maintaining great relationships with the sellers' agents so we were always able to keep our options open. After drafting an offer Ben would walk me through it and talk about the little aspects in it that would help ours stand out above the rest. With Ben's persistence and expertise he helped me land a deal on my dream condo for $20K under asking. He utilized his professional network to guide me through the inspection and loan process. Unfortunately the sellers fraudulently misrepresented clear title but Ben helped me through it every step of the way. At one point it seemed very likely I would have to file a lawsuit but Ben was able to navigate the situation in a way that allowed me to still close while also protecting me and my new condo's title. Ben was completely transparent with me throughout the situation and he was incredibly responsive answering every question of mine with strong insight and patience. I was excited to finally close on my home a few weeks ago but it will be sad to not have as much communication with Ben anymore. He is a phenomenal agent but more than that he is an incredible friend. I was referred by someone to Ben and I am now excited to refer him to other people I know looking to buy a home. There isn't a better agent in the Atlanta market.

  We had an amazing experience with our agent Courtney Benjamin and the Justin Landis Group. We were first-time homebuyers (Oct. 2021) and from the very beginning of the process to the end everyone at Justin Landis was great to work with from the initial call with Preston to the closing arrangements with Matt. We can't emphasize enough how great of a job Courtney did on helping us find our house putting together the offer and sealing the deal. Courtney always had spot-on insight or advice on the houses we looked at and made sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the homebuying process - when we've talked to others about things Courtney brought up or alerted us to during the process so many people said things like "wow I would have never thought of that!"   I really can’t recommend Paige highly enough. She is incredibly responsive has an excellent knowledge of the Atlanta area and the nuances of many neighborhoods. She was able to rapidly understand our styles and what we were looking for. Her negotiation skills and expertise in representing buyers were impressive and she is a pleasure to be around. She gave us a very early heads up on the home we purchased knowing that it would be perfect for us. Paige really is an all round professional.   Nick is truly a gem. Purchasing a home can be extremely stressful and overwhelming but Nick made the entire process very approachable.   I used the Justin Landis Group to find my first home. I had the pleasure of working with Angie Hamilton and she is great. I work in the film industry and have work hours that are always changing and Angie worked with me every step of the way. She’s very understanding of my change of schedule and her schedule is really flexible. As a first time home owner she helped walk me through the process of things to look for in a house and how the whole process would go from start to finish. She has many connections and recommends people that will help you get the home buying process done from a loan officer to the closing lawyer.

  Rachael Smith was an amazing realtor to work with! As first time homebuyers my husband and I had a lot of questions concerns - and she really went out of her way to make sure we are taken care of. She is really patient and dedicated. It took us about a dozen homes to find the one that was ours and I can't imagine having any other person to go through that process with other than Rachael. She truly cares about the people she works with and treats them like friends! Even after we closed on the house she made sure to answer any outstanding questions and address any concerns. Bottom line is - she is the very best and will always push for what you want and what you need in a home!

  This was our 2nd time working with Nick as a buyer agent and our first time working with him as a seller agent. Nick was the consummate professional. Making himself available at a moments notice in this very competitive market and walking us through our options as buyers in order to protect ourselves but also help us ultimately have a winning offer. In regards to selling our home once again Nick and the Bolst team were true professionals. Nick provided connected us with any resource we need to prepare our home for listing. Once listed he was on top of everything and landed an offer over asking in less then 3 days. This won't be our last home buying experience with Nick and we look forward to our next opportunity to work with him and the Bolst team behind him!

  Especially Tiffany..she could have saved me living in hell from just telling us truth. How everyone before here has been miserable (my complex tells me stories) and how it's next to a noisy construction site..I've not been able to get any work done after all the misleading. Socks moved here from our of state. The ac unit broke down day after I moved in as well. The tenet before didn't clean. Under couch there was tampon wrappers and dry yogurt cups... Worse agent ever

  Ashton helped guide us through this process with unrelenting positivity. Our house was a unique property and not the perfect 3BR/3BA for which everyone seemed to be searching. Given our price point location and floorplan we were looking for a certain type of buyer who would want to live in the house and use the basement for either rental income or an in-law suite. Ashton and team did a great job of communicating with us and ensuring that our marketing strategies were continuing to work during changing market conditions. Also if she ever decides to retire from real estate she has a second career in marriage counseling just waiting for her. Thanks so much to Ashton and Bolst for guiding us through this process.

If I needed an inspection done or an electrician or anybody she always had a recommendation and could schedule someone to come out immediately. While the home buying process itself isn't my favorite Karley made it as easy and smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!

  We were arriving from out of town to view houses in the Atlanta area. Paige had a list of properties and their order of viewing appointments already set up. After the first day she knew what we liked and suggested a property not on our list that had just come on the market. That is the one we purchased. She negotiated the purchase set up the inspection and closed the deal for us in one day. She showed us the surrounding neighborhoods shopping grocery etc. We've bought and sold quite a few houses over the years and by far Paige has been the best realtor we've had.

We were on a tight schedule since we had just relocated from Los Angeles into Atlanta. He was proactive helpful and resourceful. In three weeks we put two offers on two houses and we won our second offer. The due diligence process was seamless and we ended up paying under our appraisal price which WAS AMAZING. Grace was there from start to finish and even helped us up to the day of move-in with scheduling painters cleaning and small renovations. In all honesty I can't imagine working with anyone else. Given our price point location and floorplan we were looking for a certain type of buyer who would want to live in the house and use the basement for either rental income or an in-law suite.   Normally you hear people talk about how much they love their agent and that is the end of the conversation but the Justin Landis Group has really developed the dream team. Everyone we have worked with through JLG from the lenders to the recommended insurance agents to inspectors and recommended contractors have all been incredibly professional unbelievably prompt and are genuinely wonderful people on top of it all. We worked with Lauren Marshall and we couldn't possibly have more positive things to say about her. She was so patient as we were shopping many areas and offered her professional opinion without every pressuring us to move in any particular direction. It was obvious that she really wanted what was best for us and was willing to do whatever it took to make that happen. For our new house Lauren helped us beat out 21 other offers (all w/in 36hrs of the house being listed some of which were cash) all while still respecting the level of risk we were comfortable with assuming while constructing our offer. The market is insane right now and we couldn't imagine going through this buying and selling process with anyone but Lauren and the JLG Team.

  We used Nick Nardy for multiple transactions in the Atlanta area and would strongly recommend him to anyone. Most recently we sold during the summer of 2021. Nick was able to provide his expertise to give us guidelines about setting list prices and what to expect at each band. His knowledge and insight proved correct as we chose to list at a price point to get more bids. And one immediately came within hours at the price point we desired. In my experience not all brokers are willing (or perhaps able) to provide this type of advice but Nick was able to assist here which I think helps him stand out among brokers. Nick also provides all the other services you'd expect from a good broker from helping you find good contacts for other services related to housing transactions coordinating activities trying to understand your needs and objectives being responsive and more.

  I moved back to Atlanta after living away for almost 20 years & knew I wanted to buy a house here.   This was my first home I bought on my own and India was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the GAR contract and how to protect me through special stipulations and my due diligence period. She was super responsive supportive and scheduled a viewing on a house as soon as I showed interest. She checked in with me so regularly that we were able to close within 3 weeks of putting in my offer.There were no lapses where she was unavailable. She has an amazingly positive but realistic attitude. She is honest with me on factors that are important to be aware of even if it meant me passing on a house. It was clear her main objective was to make sure I was happy. India advocated for me every step of the way. I work in real estate law and deal with agents every day and I know when I am working with someone special. India is truly a gem. Thank you for taking the time to guide us through the steps of this process. Roy is extremely responsive to questions often responding immediately to our late night emails. He shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. Roy has the qualities that make him an exceptionally successful and effective broker. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was an out-of-state transaction as we were moving from Minnesota to Georgia. From the very beginning Roy gave us insight into the best locations to be in. He tailored showings to criteria we gave him but also threw in a few that would get us out of our comfort zone to show us the possibilities. Roy went out of his way to gather information on houses we were putting down offers for to make sure we were getting the right house. Roy did a great job of listening to our needs and did the research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiated effectively with the opposing broker on our behalf. We found Roy to be a highly attentive agent almost as if we were his only customers although we know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. We highly recommend Roy (Pankey) as a real estate agent!

  There are not enough words to describe how amazing Karley is from the Justin Landis Group. As a first time home buyer I had no idea where to start. JLG paired me with Karley who handled everything professionally. She would always tell me "let me do the stressing" and she meant it.   We worked with Paige Johnson of the Justin Landis Group and without a shadow of a doubt the only reason I am standing in my home is because of her incredibly tenacious efforts to put us as the best offer available to the former homeowner. As first time home buyers it can be very overwhelming to look at homes for weeks on end not knowing exactly what you truly want or need. Paige was super patient and wildly knowledgeable about what we should be focusing on during the tours/open houses. We could have settled at any time and had a 45min - 1hr commute outside of our area but once we came up with a game plan we felt confident and proud of the offers that were being made. Once our offer was accepted Paige wasted no time in introducing us to her team and walking us thru the rest of the process in a step by step fashion. It was very smooth. Having just recently been thru this I can absolutely say that having a relator who is knowledgeable and understanding of the market plus the process but also understands your goals and aspirations of owning a home is key. Paige was and is the perfect relator in this regard. I wish that others shared her selflessness towards this process. Paige Johnson is straight money. Now go get you a house and call Paige ASAP!
