  I had the pleasure of hiring Junk King to remove several items of furniture (e.g., sofa, recliner, arm chair, area rug) from my home. I initiated my contact with this company via their ‘user friendly’ website which enabled me to obtain an initial estimate. Then I contacted the company via phone to set up the appointment for a final (free) estimate. Two movers arrived at my home in a timely fashion. The movers provided me with a final estimate, and removed the agreed items to their truck. Throughout the process, the movers performed in workmanship fashion, and respected my home.

  This is the second time I’ve used Junk King and I could not be happier with the service. The first time I had them come and pick up my junk, the second time I had them drop off a mini dumpster for self service. Both were a seamless process that helped eliminate my worries of how I was going to clean my spaces up. With the self service delivery, I didn’t even have to see or talk to anyone! They dropped it off in my driveway exactly where it needed to be, I filled it, and they came and picked it up without me being there. That’s my kind of service!

  Cameron was great. He was available for us to do the job very quick. The same week since we were out of town and needed someone that week. He accommodated us and moved the day up actually. His crew worked fast without wasting time. Trucks were lined up to fill quick and rope off. His guys were professional Josh and Zo stayed focused on the job and knew how to delegate the workers to keep them moving. Cameron kept us upto dare on what's happening and wha this plan is. The whole team was great. They cleaned up after them also as they wrapped up the day. I highly recommend Junk King!! Thank you Cameron.

  We always use junk king (pick up) when the de-clutter and/or moving spirit hits me. Their prices are fair, drivers are professional and friendly. You can try the one that sounds like a toll free number (like I did once) but once you use junk king, you're a customer for life. I can't remember the names of the gentlemen who came today but they were GREAT!!!

  This review is specifically for Junk King’s Stockton, CA location. I spoke with AJ from Junk King’s overall main office and he was wonderful, this review is NOT representative of Junk King as a whole. I had an appointment set for a specific time slot, and on the day of was called a total of five times prior to my appointment; employees from the Stockton location were pestering and pressuring me to switch my appointment to an earlier time slot for THEIR convenience - which I agreed to once, and then was called several times again after that to be pressured into choosing an even EARLIER time slot which I could not do as I was with my mother-in-law at the hospital! They then proceeded to tell me that they would just let themselves into my backyard to collect my junk, and then bill me over the phone - to which I said absolutely not to! Then they proceeded to arrive FORTY minutes early and immediately say “I need to use your restroom.” They collected my junk, and then as I attempted to pay they informed that their card reader was down. They sent me two invoices back to back within minutes apart, then proceeded to call me TWICE to collect payment as I was cleaning and packing as if I weren’t prepared to pay them when in reality I had my card ready and their machine was broken! During the second call I was told “Headquarters says that you need to pay your bill now.” which was in fact not what “headquarters” said considering I spoke to a lovely person from their corporate office. I was told a manager would reach out to me to remedy their poor customer service as well as to issue an discount that I qualified for when I booked the appointment that these employees failed to apply to my total. It has now been two days and the manager at the Stockton office has NOT reached out to me. If you live in Stockton, CA and are looking for junk removal I would not recommend this company. If you live outside of Stockton, CA I would absolutely recommend Junk Kings as their corporate office and fellow locations seem to be 10/10 for customer service and quality. I am sorry to post such a negative review, but my experience with the Stockton location was by far some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was pestered and pressure into terms that I did not agree to and was not comfortable with, lazy and sloppy work from this location.

  The workers showed up on time ready with a team plan to remove our hot tub from back patio. I am impressed. It is hard to impress me and I must say it is a glorious moment when the truck pulled away with hot tub. I highly recommend Junk King. Call them. You’ll be glad you did!!

  Great experience! DeRon helped me move this huge heavy cabinet. I was not home and talked through the removal of the cabinet over the phone with him, made my payment over the phone, receipt received in minutes via email, and pictures received to confirm item was removed. Easy peasy!

  Junk King was assume as always! Reggie and Eugene did a great job moving out my unwanted furniture. They took before and after photos and double checked to make sure what I wanted to stay, stayed, and what I wanted removed, was taken out. Very friendly and professional! I would highly recommend Junk King
