  My experience was great. Junk King was very accommodating, they made it a point to work around my schedule and even changed the pick-up date one week out to better suit my needs. Tyler and Richard were professional, courteous and friendly. They also worked expeditiously, moving 3 full rooms/office furniture in about 1 hour. I highly recommend.

  This company is amazing. I had a lot of heavy items that needed to be moved out from the basement and these guys came and did it within an hour. Very nice to work with, very good communication and very professional. I used them before and they were the first company I called to come out. I highly recommend this company.

  Junk King provided very good service, prompt arrival and courteous associates. They made short work of removing my refuse, and cleaned up as they worked. The cost was a bit more than I expected, but they made up for it in the quality and speed of the service. Thanks, Junk King!

  I had a very good experience with JunkKing of cranberry township. They were on time, friendly, provided a quick estimate, and gave choices about using a dumpster or having them do the work. The two men completed the clean out quickly within about an hour. Highly recommend their services.

  3 great guys!!! Friendly, respectful, efficient and good workers. One of the workers moved my desk because it was in the way and before he left he asked me if I wanted it moved it back. He could have left without moving it back. Would definitely use them again.

  I’ve used Junk King 3 times over the last year. Each time it was to get rid of bulky home items and furniture due to renovations. Booking is easy. I just call and they deliver it. Then they come back to pick it up. The last time I called, they knew my information and made the booking process soooo much faster. The prices are SUPER affordable, you get to keep the dumpster for 3 days and 2 tons of weight is included. Whenever I need a dumpster, Junk King will ALWAYS be my go to.

  We had a bunch of lab equipment we needed to dispose of (including a 950lb appliance). Junk King came out and gave us a free estimate the same day, and then scheduled an appointment for removal that same week. Service was extremely friendly and professional at all levels, both on the phone and in person. Would definitely recommend Junk King again for junk removal.

  Very fast assistance, great customer service, and instructions were relayed from my initial call to the drivers with no problems. I was out of town when scheduling the junk removal, so it was very comforting knowing things were taken care of properly. Called them at 5pm on a Monday and they did not have any available drivers but was able to schedule a pick up first thing in the morning. Price for 2 piece couch pick up was around ~$200 (couch was a 3 seat sectional sofa with no cushions)

  One of the guys removed the garbage from the truck, put it back in the can, and refused to haul off the garbage that he initially promised to haul away after I asked him to sweep the corners of the shed that he missed. All of this was part of his job and what I was paying him for. When he asked was I satified, I asked him to sweep the corner of the door way first. He copped an attitude immediately, was literally stating he shouldn't help me to my face, and then proceeded to unload trash he already loaded to take off. He needs to be fired. He had actually asked me for a tip earlier. Even though I basically had nothing left, I told him I would do so. After he showed his true self, I absolutely refused to. THe worst company ever if this is who you hire!!!

  The two men that came out were very personable and friendly. The sink in fact was not cast iron but old concrete much easier to break up. My contractor had to loan tools to cut wire and I swept up as they moved along. They also had no buckets or other useful equipment to assist them. I still feel I was overcharged since my contractor and I assisted. All in all I’m glad the sink is gone. I will seriously have to consider whether to use their services again.

  What a pleasure today was with the exceptional professional service provided by Roland and Robbie from Junk King North County. We have used other services in the past But Junk King was a real step up from those other services. Great and extremely fair pricing especially since they were taking an entire bedroom set. Handled everything with care throughout. Exceptionally efficient. Very careful of our cherry wood floors. Will use again and heartily recommend them to anyone.

  Was expecting an estimate visit that turned into mattresses and bed frames being removed the same day which was very exciting cuz I was able to spend the rest of the weekend putting my apt back together before the new work week. Leo and his partner were very nice, friendly, fun and efficient. I've used Junk King once before and now just as satisfied the second time so I will definitely reach out again when I have more "junk". Thank you! :)
