  I have to say I was very disappointed with my first experience today. I was told my sofa and live seat would cost 200 to move. I specifically said one of the sofas was a sleeper and I was on the third floor walk up. I asked Sam who arranged the pick up twice to make sure that they were clear that this was a sleeper sofa and I was on the third floor he confirmed and told me the price I agreed when the movers got here I was told that the price would almost be $400 double of what I was told me upfront and clear with your pricing. I will not be using your service or referring your business to anyone else.

  Easy pick up. Didn’t like them looking around my apartment and they were going to put my card information in for me which I didn’t like (I did it myself) Lots of scammers out there. Besides that, they did well all they needed was to pick up one thing.

  Tom and his crew were timely, professional, friendly, considerate and neat. They removed my hot tub quickly and cleaned up all the debris before leaving. i wouldn't hesitate to call him in the future.   The process to get a quote is easy. The Driver was proactive in letting me know their arrival time. The Driver was friendly and personable. This is my second time using this service and I would highly recommend them!!
