  Junk King personal came on time. They were very professional and wearing protective gear for COVID-19. It took them no time to remove my sofa and I was impressed with their work ethic. This is my second time using Junk King And I am very happy with their service

  Poor, first time in my home and asked to use the restroom. Didn’t have proper tools so I started getting mine. Turned on the water to the fridge and poured water all over the kitchen. Scratched my new front door trying to get the fridge out. And stole my pipe wrench. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Please if you read this message be very careful about your home. And any tools that you might lend them, the tools disappear. If I could leave no stars I would.

  Excellent. Tyrone and Eric were on-time, courteous and friendly. The minimum rate to remove a washer from a basement was not cheap but the assurance it would be recycled instead of going to the landfill made it worth the price.

  The two gentlemen were excellent. Friendly and hard workers. I’m so glad I had them remove “my stuff “ in a quick and easy manner. They arrived within the time frame and called letting me know they were on their way. Great service!

  TJ and Colby were great. They called twice to give us a heads up on an eta. They were super friendly and helpful. We had a beast of a tv to get rid up. They handled it like pros. The online booking was great and the person I chatted with, Matt was very nice and allowed me to have the online discount. Easy peasy. Very satisfied.

  On this VERY hot day, the guys worked hard and stuck with it. They were always polite and willing to carry most of the items from the basement to their truck with absolutely NO complaints or eye rolling (: Gotta love ‘em. Thank you so very much.   Amazing experience with Junk King. I had to reschedule and their customer service was extra helpful. Had text and email reminders leading up to my appointment and even got my appointment scheduled earlier which was a huge help for my work day. The two guys who helped get the junk from my house were incredible to get a lot of stuff out of my house in some very hot conditions These guys were quick, efficient and overall good guys. Would definitely recommend Junk King and will be using them for any future projects

  Amazing experience! Carter did an awesome job! They worked very fast to remove furniture and finish a whole garage clean out in literally 1 1/2 hours & 2 trips. They were patient & removed everything I needed and cleaned after! Very satisfied with my experience and recommend. Will be using again in the future.

  On time for dropoff and pickup both, clean box carefully unloaded onto driveway, friendly and professional young man answered our questions.   The service from start to finish was excellent. Unlike other companies, I was given a price thru email after I sent pictures of my furniture that I wanted to get rid of. They answered all my questions right away and followed up several times. The guys who picked up my furniture were professional and efficient. I was very happy with Junk King!

  The Junk King Gang of Four were punctual and great to work with in getting a very heavy old upright piano from my basement. I will always use this company in the future.

  I called mid-morning on a Saturday-- they were able to schedule a noon-2:00 timeframe that very day! Driver called me twice to verify time and address, called me when he arrived at the complex. They arrived at 1:00 and it only took 10-15 minutes from the time they arrived until they left, for them to haul out a big bulky recliner down 3 flights of steps. Both men were VERY courteous, polite and very efficient. I truly appreciated the quick same day service and their expertise. I would recommend them to everyone -- to top it off-- their prices were the very best, by far, compared to 5 other companies that I notified. Thank you!
