  Jeff and his team were very professional and highly efficient. I booked them only a few days before I needed to have junk removed from my apartment for my move. Jeff not only gave me an accurate estimate based off the texts and photographs I sent him, but he also had great situation awareness. The prices were reasonable. His team showed up right on time and they called me 20 minutes in advance. They literally took 10 minutes to move some pretty large pieces of furniture. These are really strong guys. I was always comfortable around them and they were really nice and professional. I will definitely be calling these gentlemen again the next time I need my junk removed. I would like to thank Jeff and his team for their awesome work and making my move easier!!!

  Excellent service! I booked online, the gentleman called when on their way, they came at the beginning of the service window, the price was unbelievably reasonable for the items I was getting rid of, and it was riding away on the junk trunk within 10 minutes from start to finish (including an on the spot quote, loading and payment). I highly recommend this company!

  I was at work when junk kings picked up some construction trash in my front yard. When I came home I noticed that one of the sprinkler heads by the sidewalk had been broken. When i went back to look at the pictures that the workers sent me, I saw that one of the pictures had some of the construction wood that they were cleaning up next to that exact broken sprinkler head. All the trash I needed to to be picked up was no where near that sprinkler head and i saw tracks running right through that area where they were hauling the trash. I contacted customer service and they informed me that they would get in contact with the franchise owner. I still haven’t heard from him and it’s been over a month now. I tried to give this business a chance to make it right, but it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone in charge.
