  I think Junk King is the greatest. The two guys that came to pick up my things were prompt and in an out. They were professional and personable. The price was within my budget. Thank you Jack and Armondo. I would recommend them to everyone. I will use them again if I ever need to.

  The service I received this morning by Gerald and his team was outstanding! On time, pleasant attitudes, adhered to some special requests for careful handling. I will definitely be using this team and company again. My only recommendation to the company would be to have one local person to deal with when scheduling and asking questions. I experienced some issues when trying to clarify things which I think could have been avoided if I had only one local contact person and not a distant call center.

  My service was excellent, from my initial call for quote and scheduling to completion of job. The girl who I talked to to schedule an appointment was so pleasant and professional (which is sorely lacking these days) and she was able to give me the price over the phone. No wasted time scheduling an appointment only to realize it’s just a quote appointment and not actual removal. The young men who came were so professional and such hard workers. They hauled a treadmill and an elliptical from basement up a narrow flight of stairs. They came prepared to dismantle and made multiple trips up and down the stairs. They didn’t balk at wearing booties (which another service did when we asked them to wear them while giving us a quote) and the price was half the cost of the previous service quote. They called and confirmed early arrival and did it in the pouring rain. I will definitely use this service again and will gladly recommend. Nice work.
