  Junk King was excellent. It was easy to set up the appointment. Alex explained everything very clearly. Colby & John arrived 15 minutes after after calling me Colby & John were professional, kind, helpful & friendly. They cleared out the junk quickly & then swept up so that the space was very clean & neat, actually cleaner than before. Colby & John are an asset to Junk King. I will highly recommend Junk King because he of the all around excellent experience. Thank you.

  From initial phone call to completion of pick up, the service was courteous, timely, efficient, and professional. Pickup was on time, workers were masked, careful, and pleasant to work with. Cost was as estimated and fair.

  Reliable , they removed a hot tub for us I called , within a few days they came at the appointment time they quoted. Within a half hour they were done and left the area clean. Thank you Junk King. Would gladly recommend these people.

  I am very pleased with the great job Paul and Steve did today. They are professional, personable, and clean-up a huge amount of total junk out of my driveway. I highly recommend these guys, and intend to call them again when I have another load of junk to unload.

  Very professional, great communication, and super fast work! Only downside is paying took more time than the junk removal because they didn’t use swipe/any of the direct contact transaction methods. If this could be fixed, would be absolutely perfect!

  I booked a consultation, and the pricing was straight forward once they arrived at my house so I said yes. 25 minutes later they were done!! I had the junk in my garage for almost a year promising myself to take it to the dump. Never happened. This was honestly the easiest and best way to remove junk. It honestly was 10x easier than I expected and now the stress of multiple trips to the dump is gone!

  I used Junk King on two occasions,, The first time I was cleaning out my Mother's house in order to put it on the market to sell. We had tons of things that needed to be taken out of the house.The guys who came over to clean out the house were very patient and polite, They did an excellent job. Then second time we had different men but they were just as patient and polite Again they did an outstanding job. Also the salesman on the telephone was very friendly and understanding. If needed I would call them again. I definitely recommend Junk King.

  Excellent service. I called to make the appointment several weeks ago and Junk King followed up with an email detailing my 2 hour window. They sent another email the day before the appointment confirming the appointment. I received a call from the team coming to perform the work about a half hour before they arrived. The men were professional and removed the items for disposal quickly and all within the 2 hour window I was given. I would highly recommend them.

  Junk King did a wonderful job getting rid of my unwanted items. Workers respected my home. On one of the hottest days this summer, they worked with purpose without complaining. I will definitely be using them again when it’s time to clean my basement in the fall.

  The service was great. Both men we're professional, courteous, friendly and hard working. Between my home and my mom's it filled their entire 6 pickup truck bed. They had the truck safely loaded in less than an hour. We have used them before and will be calling them again.

  The work was very professional. My only issue or wrinkle was the price of the job kept changing. At the start of the job, they quoted $1,400, then a few hours later, I agreed to pay $1,500. Shortly thereafter, the crew stated they needed another truck so the price would change. I cried foul and called the office to complain. They agreed to stick to the $1,500. I felt like they kept changing the location of the goal posts, so to speak. However, the work was good and I would recommend them. I requested when originally calling to have someone to come to the house and give me a price. They said no, it would happen when the crew shows up and I could decide whether to accept that price. Obviously, they did not want me to shop bids! Oh well, the $1,500 was reasonable for the effort extended and I am happy.

  I am so impressed with the two men that assisted me this morning. They were friendly and very professional. The service was great and they took everything I needed, even the concrete pieces that were so extremely heavy. I would recommend them and use them again

  Great customer service. Junk King responded to my request in a timely manner and answered all my questions. They were able to schedule a pick-up day and time which worked for me and they were on time and efficient. Highly recommend.

  Fast and great guys.. such a shame owners of a company have to pay because homeless leave junk and city won’t do anything about it!!!
