  30 minutes after filling out and submitting the request for the on-site estimate, I got a phone call that they were 15 minutes away. They gave a reasonable estimate and the job is done!! Their customer service is fantastic and the estimators/workers are friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you!!

  Excellent customer service, friendly and respectful drivers, (he even rearranged the driveway stone the dumpster had displaced from the wheels!) clean and very well maintained dumpsters and trucks and incredibly reasonable pricing. Will absolutely call Junk King for any future needs and will recommend them to everyone else I know!

  It was very easy to make the appointment online, and customer service prior to the appointment was excellent. The team communicated their ETA in advance, arrived on time, and were pleasant, professional, and efficient. They were vastly better than most moving companies I’ve worked with.   The gentleman that came to remove my more than 100-year-old piano we’re very professional and friendly they took extreme care on my floors and did an excellent job. I will call them again and refer them to my friends!

  "green" company - they recycle and reuse as much as possible and trucks use biodiesel. Quick and easy appointment, plus $20 off for on-line booking. Friendly and efficient staff. They arrived actually before the 2 hour window (but called first of course). What's not to like?

  Your overall drop off and pickup perfect. What I have real heartburn with is I called the number and the lady I spoke with gave them amounts and stated that they would send me an invoice. Which I thought was perfect as I get paid this week. I did give this lady my authorization to use my debit card information for my deposit. However, instead of an invoice Junk King charged my card 348$ which I knew would be what I paid but I was told I was going to get the invoice first. That’s not what happened and now my account is negative 230$ because they took my card information from the call center where I authorized for my deposit. The man that picked up said I dealt with a call center and acted like they had no true dealings with the call center. But they sure did go back to that call center and took my money. Again, I was told I’d get and invoice mailed to me and then I’d pay. That didn’t happen and they took my 348$ out of my account with no authorization.

  First time customer here abs Honestly, these guys surpassed my expectations. Brian and Jesus were awesome! We pointed to exactly what needed to be hauled away. They gave us a very reasonable estimate, and made sure we were okay with the price before starting. They got to work and were in and out in about 45 minutes. We had a few bulky/heavy items but that was no problem for these guys! Thanks SO much!! We will certainly be using this company for all our junk hauling needs.
