  Five star service as always from beginning to end. Customer service in Stockton office is fantastic and the guys are always professional. They give you a 20 minutes heads up and they are spot on with punctuality. Always super friendly and helpful. I've been using them for years and will continue to do so. 100% hassle free!!

  The crew was here ON TIME and hauled away a junk pile in 35 minutes. Very helpful and no hesitation on filling the truck. 3 guys, no problems, they did their job and moved on to next job! I would recommend them in a second.

  Amazing!!! When I called a real person answered right away and set up my appointment for the very next morning. The drivers/workers who completed the job worked hard for hours. They were so professional and respectful. Very hard workers. I would use Junk King again and again. 5 Stars!!!!

  From booking our preferred date and time on line, to receiving a fifteen-minute heads-up on their arrival, to removing the designated items efficiently, to giving us an unexpected discount, everything went quickly and seamlessly.   Tom and Sal did an excellent job in removing our junk. They were punctual, courteous, and extremely efficient. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to load an entire truck--very hard workers. They were very neat as well. They even swept the garage once everything was removed. I would unconditionally recommend Junk King for any of your junk removal needs. PS: their office staff was awesome. It took no time for them to ask about our needs and schedule a pick-up.

  Exceptional quality service with professional attitude. Listened carefully to my requests. Provided me with honest and fair quote for job. Team was cheerful even after climbing 40 steps each time. They were able to arrive earlier than requested, which made it very convenient for me. Despite being a large job and all the stair steps, they were finished in far less time than I expected. Would highly recommend team lead Steve and Junk King to anyone needing their services. I want to thank Junk King and especially Steve again for a job done exceptionally well.

  Alvin and Michael were outstanding. They actually lifted an antique piano with an iron soundboard into a truck with no ramp. This was previously done with no less than 4-5 guys to even move. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. My highest recommendations to these two gentlemen.

  We had a shed that we needed torn down and hauled away. Called at 11am, and the shed was hauled away same day by 3pm for an affordable price. I would highly recommend Junk King!

  What can I say. Awesome!!! Used them in 2016 in MA in a pinch. They were great. Here in NY, they were even better. Technically I was out of their coverage range, but since what I had wasn’t too little or too much or whatever they agreed to help me remove big heavy plastic panels from an old shed. Wow! Within 6 hours they were here. I know I got lucky, but still. They were the best on price and still exceeded expectations. The guy who came, Tom, was professional and friendly - texting me to let me know his status where delayed (and they were coming early too). He exemplified the company. Twice is no coincidence. Great service. Definitely consider using Junk King. They made everything easy and worth my while. Twice now!

  Highly recommend. Came out next day, 1 - 3 p.m. appointment, they called at 10:30 and said they were in the area could they come by, great, freed up my afternoon. They were friendly, polite, professional, I will use again.

  5 plus stars for everything!! I emailed my questions and information and got an immediate response. I set up the appointment for them to come-they were here on time, they were very courteous and they dismantled my hot tub and took it away for a reasonable price. Other than the light spot on the deck where that tub sat for 11 years, you’d never know they were here!! 😎 I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again in the future. Thank you!!

  Over the top ! Very stressful time for us, as we are moving out of state. The crew was very supportive in assisting me while going thru the little stuff. Totally there for the big items as well. Thank you Junk King.
