  Hello, hope all are well. We used Safelite for the first time this past week and our experience was nothing short of spectacular. We woke up Monday morning 5/19 to find a huge crack across the entire front windshield of our SRX. That afternoon, I did some shopping around and concluded that Safelite was our best option for several reasons; all information was provided upfront on the app, it was very clear and easy to understand the process from start to finish, the expectation, the prices, and the various options on replacing the front windshield to include being able to drop it off or have someone come out to the house. I was able to book it for the next day. Jose came out within the prescribed window timeframe. I was kept informed via text emails and phone calls leading up to his arrival and thru the completion of the service. Jose was outstanding. He was professional, polite, friendly, and hard-working. He had mentioned he was only doing this job for a year and change, but his knowledge experience and processes made him look like a 10 year journeyman. He was efficient and effective and got the windshield installed within an hour and 10 minutes. He cleaned up everything made sure all my stickers were transfer over and the windshield and new wiper arms look and work great. Jose is a true professional. And the value was better than competitive. Overall, we can’t be more happy with going with Safelite for the value the expertise and Safelite standing behind their product and services. We highly recommend Safelite in Leander Texas.

  Fantastic job removing a very heavy water heater. They were professional and courteous and performed the job quickly. Highly recommend!! I would recommend a power lift gate on their truck to make the job safer and easier. Great job!!

  I was highly impressed with the service that I received that was friendly with professional courtesy, and imminently adaptable to get the job done in a timely fashion so to remove a bulky, heavy cement rock. I heartily recommend their services to remove your junk in any category! 👌👍

  If you're looking for a company that values their customers, provides exceptional quality service and reasonable pricing, I'd have to personally recommend Junk King. The Representative was able to schedule me the next day. The guys that came out were great! They offered the best quote compared to other companies I called. They kept open communication until their arrival, were respectful, and honestly made the process much more smoothly with no hassles. They were quick with great level of care to the property.   I went to their website late on a Sunday evening and they were able to accommodate my junk removal the next day! Impressive. The two gentlemen who arrived to facilitate the removal were professional and courteous. They quickly removed a garage of miscellaneous junk, including wood products, old vinyl tile flooring and many other remodeling leftovers. I’d use them in a heartbeat. Oh, and their cost was reasonable too!

  Ernesto and the Junk King Crew arrived within the time specified. Cleared at least 2 pick up trucks worth of junk in under 30 minutes and cleaned up afterwards. This is my third time using Junk King and they never fail. Prices are completely fair.

  Team leader Nick returned for the second time to help clear out a house and he was great again! I asked for him this second time and will do so for the next time too! Nick is a great guy, polite, friendly, and a very hard worker. He had two guys on his team today and they were also kind and friendly and all three worked incredibly hard and efficiently! They made a great team and I can't thank them enough!!!

  Over the years, one of my garage bays became a collection of empty pet food and litter boxes — clear-up to the rafters! It was woefully overdue attention. After some research, I called Junk King — based upon their reviews. They were courteous, provided an estimate, then quickly gave an even better solution. I’d breakdown the boxes, and load ‘em into one of their dumpsters — at a fraction of the original estimate. Initially, I’d have the dumpster for up to three days — but, I was able to complete the load within hours. They returned, picked it up, and took it away! ‘A very straight-forward, non-stressful effort.   Thank you Junk King! Melissa and her team were prompt and professional. I was so impressed to hear that they work with shelters and other community organizations and donate many of the items they remove. . As someone in the sustainable fashion industry- I was thrilled to hear about Junk Kings practices. Especially since we initially had a charity organization come out and say they would not take a pull out couch because it was old and could not be resold. I highly recommend Junk King and would absolutely use them again.

  Communication is great, worked swiftly. The two men who had come to my home showed great professionalism, personality. Although not needed I was talked about a payment plan which is an amazing option if you are in agree yikes and need the service. I will be recommending along with using again.
