  This company is fantastic! Not only did they offer a much cheaper price of what their competitors were charging for the same job, they arrived on time, and same day service.   I have used junk kink for years and today I had them out did a great job but at the end they let me know that they was not taking personal checks and I had to pay by credit card and change me a surcharge for using a credit card. So now they have lost a customer for every, I have my own business and I take credit card and would not ever charge a customer a supercharge. Hope that the $35.00 was worth losing a customer over.

  I have used Junk King several times, usually about once a year. I love that they recycle most of the what they receive. They have handled broken couches, exercise equipment, a cast iron bath tub, and a ten-foot tree branch with ease. They are always on time and courteous. Happy to recommend them

  Scheduling was easy. The team howed up on time and took care of everything quickly. Roy and Leo did a great job--no issues with them. The only concern is that both times I've used Junk King the trucks had shattered front windshields. I think Junk King should take better care of their employees (safety issue) and the vehicles they drive.

  We rented a dumpster online. It was delivered the next morning Tony the driver was excellent very polite and right on time. Everything went exactly how it’s explained on the website. And we were charged exactly what was quoted. Will definitely use them again.

  A friend recommended Junk king and told me it was fast. She was right! Three nice gentlemen arrived within 20mins of me booking on the site. I had one AC window unit I needed disposed of. They took it for $109. It’s a good price for piece of mind knowing that it will be disposed of properly. I will recommend this company and use them again.

  I was very pleased and impressed that they could come on the same day that I called. The two young men were professional and efficient. However, I was told when I made the appointment that I could pay by check and that turned out to not be true. I understand why companies do not want to take checks and so that leads me to say that your company should not list that as a method of payment accepted when a customer is making an appointment for your services.

  Highly recommend Junk Kings in Madison. Submitted an online request for pick up at 9:11 am and they were here by 10:30 am. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Madison won’t pick up items from the curb for large complexes anymore so super helpful to have someone come and haul it away.

  From the first call to Sarah this dispatcher to Mo and Carlos who did the hauling, the entire process was wonderful. We called at 9:30am and the truck arrived by 10am!   We called Junk King on a Friday, they came out to give us a quote on Monday and scheduled our pickup for today, Tuesday. We set up the appointment for 1:00 and they arrived right on time.
