  I ordered 2 pairs of sheer 8-15mg knee highs. They have NO HEEL so it causes the stocking in the front of the ankle to bunch up. I threw them in the garbage because I had already tossed the packaging.

  the material in the arm sleeve rolled back and would not stay smooth. I did try the blue silky pouch to help and it did not help. My arm is just too big. I think I might need a custom sleeve. or maybe a 20-30 instead in a size 9. I will probably return this one and get a 20-30 long, size 9 with the silicone top. I like the silicone band.

  At least I can get these on my feet and over my ankles, but they slide down my thighs to my knees. 20-30 had become impossible to get on even with the silicone sleeve, which is the only donning aid that also help those with only knee high socks remove them, but are a lifesaver for donning thigh highs. The 20-30 compression (worn for 20 years after being hit by a 10,000 lb Hummer) also made me wobbly because they compressed my quads and hamstrings so much that they wouldn't function properly. So, I opted for the 15-20 and added anklets that increased the compressio9n on the feet and ankles. BUT...they slide down my thighs! I guess many people have fat thighs, but not all of us!! Averages do NOT work here!

I spoke to 3 different customer service agents at different times and all of them were a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions.   Great customer service got response within 24 to 48 hours and the team is very helpful. Need a comparison feature on the website and also needs huge improvement in dispatching/shipping the product. I had purchased 2 packs of releif compression socks the online experience was good but when I received the product both the packs were in open condition without any seal (I had already ordered it from Amazon earlier and had received the product in a sealed pack condition). The customer service did hear me out and mentioned that the product is new and not refurbished but I'll always have that doubt in my mind.

  These are the medical compression socks that doctors specify. They are manufactured and delivered from England. It will take approximately 2 and a half weeks. Unfortunately you cannot obtain the status of your order until a couple of days before it is delivered, but it will be delivered. Hopefully, they will change that for us spoiled Americans.

  I find the navigation is clear enough. The only problem I have and I’ve had more than once. Is that when I order knee-high or thigh highs with silicone band. I never get the knee-highs with silicone band. I am very dissatisfied. There is a line running through the support stockings with every pair I purchase. So I’m guessing they’re seconds? Defects?Didn’t know I was paying for seconds! Regardless, I won’t be purchasing anymore Jobst support stockings again. Apparently they’re not paying attention to their business. I will find a brand that gives me what I pay for and ask for.

  These are the best compression stockings I have found. They provide gradual compression from the ankle up and don’t have a tight band at the top which prevents the swelling from exiting the leg. I get much better results with them than with any other brand.

  Okay, I am back after using these for a week, and I am very happy to let you all know this is the best condition my legs have been in since my dermatologist told me to start wearing compression socks. During my wife’s treatments she was given compression socks and told to get them from you. I took note of if, but done nothing and kept doing what I was doing. Finally when I did not seem like I was getting better, so I started wondering what I might try. Since my wife was given directions from an expert in physical therapy, I thought maybe I should give this brand at least a try. So I took all the measurements as directed by site. Sent in my order and it came in the mail, and, and I put them on. I can now tell you that after two days I saw a difference, but I wanted to give it time to make sure it was real. I also noticed after putting the socks on that the part on the socks where they meet my toes, did not have the usual sewn in ridges, so was much more comfortable. The top is a great idea also with the ridges that reminded me of how the hospitals use this technique for the bottom of those wonderful socks they give you to wear. Great idea, and getting to choose a size that fit my short legs, I love that. I want to say, if you are using compression socks, and seem disappointed in your results, please give Jobst compression socks, and I am sure you will like them too. Yes, they cost a little more, but they are worth every penny. Thank You for giving me a chance to let everyone know what I think of your compression socks. Bob

  Excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong color compression sleeves and called right away to see if it could be changed. The manufacturer wasn’t open at the time of my call but the representative followed up for me and even called me the following business day to let me know that they were able to make the change for me!
