  Jobst stockings website was very easy to navigate and the pages all loaded quickly. The website had an awesome selection of compression stockings to choose from and everything that I looked at was in stock, unlike a couple of other sites I visited. I quickly found my desired item and proceeded to check out, which was also a very easy task. I received my order within a couple of days and am very satisfied with my whole experience with Jobst stockings.

  Shipping is fast, website is easy to use. The knee high stockings themselves.. there is a huge seam that hits right across the tip of the toes - it’s TERRIBLE!! Has no one else complained? Couldn’t put up with it for the price of the garment. Returning and ordering open toes instead.

  I have been using Jobst compression stockings for many years as a result of having DVT in the past. Still my right leg swells during the day as I am on my feet a lot. The Jobst stockings were prescribed by my hemotologist 23 years ago. I have been ordering from Jobst every year as I need to replace the previous pair. The Jobst website is very easy to use and order from. I am always kept up to date on the delivery process and my order arrives quickly. A great experience with Jobst.

  I buy these stockings for a couple of reasons,, One, the compression is right. Two, they keep my legs warm and that helps with my legs ( restless and cramps) and three they are the only socks that are long enough for my "lady legs." So thank you!

  I have worn compression hose for DVT over 30+ years. Jobst has been my favorite brand of waist high hose. They are very comfortable, stay up well, look like regular hose (sheer and natural color) and most importantly, they have kept my legs healthy and feeling rested. I ordered easily over the phone and the hose were delivered in about 2 days.

  I purchased my first Jobst compression stockings via a medical supply company due to RX and insurance matters. I've tried other brands, and Jobst is by far to most comfortable, durable, and easiest to put on. Site navigation, ordering, delivery, and responsiveness were all top notch.   The stockings I bought are too long for my calf. It would help if you could give the length of the knee high stockings. My old stockings are about to give out. I needed to replace them. I’m also on a fixed income and can’t afford to buy new ones. I will be saving up to buy the correct length of the knee high stockings It would help if you had sales on your products.

  I ordered two pair of stockings, still have not received them. I ordered them on October 6. I was not contacted by the company telling me of any delay. I finally sent a request on October 19 asking the status of my order. At that time I received a statement that the stockings were backordered and not expect to be shipped until November. I consider this very poor customer service. Can not rate the stockings, I've never received them, although I have paid for them on my credit card.

  With the many different stockings that are offered, a better description of the material and texture of the stocking would help people decide which stocking they would favor.   On any other website I've been to, when one enters a product number or name, that website immediately recognizes the inputted information, whereas with the Jobst Stocking website, it doesn't and thus, more time has to be spent locating the desired item. I have been buying the same item number for a long time, but the Jobst Stocking website search engine does not do what one expects it to do. Need I say any more?

  The customer service of this team is outstanding! I had a problem with delivery and they fixed it immediately. I did not have to wait long on the phone and they have humans not bots available to walk you through questions/concerns. This is huge for me when it comes to purchasing such an expensive and important item for my everyday life. The stockings are very high quality and I will definitely be returning to purchase again in the future.

  I've been using Jobst stockings for over 6 years, have tried other manufacturers, and Jobst far outperformed all others, and are the only ones I have retained.

  Excellent stockings, but.... Their fabric weave irritates some skins--mine, for instance. And, like every other compression stocking manufacturer, they haven't figured out a way to make comfotable toe boxes and top bands that do not act like mild tourniqets, which may sometimes interfere with the upward lymphatic flow.

  Jobst Compression thigh high stockings are effective in dealing with swelling, soreness and fatigue. They are robust and easy to maintain. I which between four pair of 30 to 40 compression stockings and the four pair will last at least 18 months.

  The website is full of good information on wearing compression stockings. I called and got well informed reps who answered all my questions. The delivery was prompt. I have tried 5 other brands of stockings and found Jobst the best of all. They are soft with excellent compression. The waist-high no-toes have a wider band on the metatarsal of the foot that is more pliable so it does not compress the toes. This is an invaluable feature that I have not found in any other brand. I have a Morton's Neuroma so not compressing my toes is essential. The Relief waist-high has a comfortable crotch made from softer fabric so it does not rise too tightly. This is another well designed detail that allows for comfort. When I asked my vascular surgeon for a brand recommendation, Jobst was the first brand that he mentioned. I am impressed with this company in every way.

  My legs aren’t the same so I try to buy so the larger leg is fit best,well this didn’t work so after about 3 hours the bend of my foot was hurting so bad I had to take it off. I went back to my 2 year old compression hose. Till I find something that’s correctly. These hose seem so thin I think they’re going to tear when I try to put them on. So I’m out the price I paid for these. I hate to say bad things about a product but maybe others will have a better experience than I did.

  I have dealt with some other on line companies who sent me crazy Jobst stockings. Some were mid calf length and some were for fat people, but they were all advertised as men’s large knee-high. I didn’t even bother to return them to those disreputable companies I am so grateful that I have found the right company. You are the real deal and I love the compression socks that I bought from you.
