I emailed my request for a new password on Sunday night, and by the time I opened my computer on Monday morning, I had a response and new number. I can't ask for better service than that. But, there should be a simple step by step outline for completing the registration. It was not intuitive to me that there is a button to click to register the details of the book which I overlooked when I completed the purchase. I recommend a name change for the button label.

With this service it is really easy to register the relevant information with the ISBN. This is a part I have found difficult in other places previously, so I'm thankful that it is user-friendly. It's also great to have affordable single ISBNs, though of course there would be no objections on deeper discounts on blocks of 10 for instance. I specifically also want to thank the support people who came back to me and helped me recover my account after all my data had been lost in a computer crash. Thank you, brilliant service!
