The product itself was as advertised and prompt. The after sale "assistance" getting the product uploaded to Kindle left me frustrated and scratching my head. Josh assumed I knew more about computers than I do and, based on his suggestions, I had no idea how to proceed. I still don't know how I got the manuscript loaded but I did. Thank you for a good product but you need too work on your after sale service.
