My initial request was fouled up with a user ID and when I requested clarification by email I received none. I started from scratch and finally received the ISBN and bar code. I will see where we go from here; that is, promotional information when printed in 2023.

With more than a half century of giving and receiving Customer Service, I have gained a pretty firm understanding about what "Five Star Customer Service" means. In my humble, but sage opinion, Great Customer Service means just the kind of service I received from ISBNSERVICES.COM while placing my first-time order for an ISBN! First, the non-verbal communication was displayed well on their website and easy to understand. That said, I did have one clarifying question which I immediately sent an email to the email address displayed on the website - to be used for any questions or concerns. I received a very prompt response to my question and that action sealed the deal with respect to my "Five Star" Customer satisfaction rating! Lee P.
