Josh Pritchard answered my call for help after the bar code I'd ordered downloaded incorrectly. This was very upsetting, but I am grateful that Josh, on the second attempt to correct the problem, was able to help. I am a return client, have ordered bar codes without a whisper of problem (2021 and 2022) and was surprised and dismayed with the issue this time. Anyhow, very thankful to Josh. Give him a pat on the back for me.
