Hi Laquanda, the form was submitted yesterday morning. The Custom ISBN has a 1 business day processing time, so yesterday was the processing day, and this morning we sent the ISBN and barcode to the email address connected to the order. If you can contact our support team we'll be happy to help out further.

That means Ifilled out the form over 24hrs ago. I still have not received the barcode. I contacted support this morning, via email, no response

We sent the ISBN and barcode this morning to both of your email addresses, within 24 hours. Please check all the folders of your email account because the email likely got put in the wrong place by the email provider.

Please investigate this matter...I checked your account on your website and it's but there either. There is no ISBN on my dashboard. Only the order and order no. Please check on this matter.
