  They were very quick in response to my email inquiries, and since I was in a rush to get my ISBN number and bar code, the turnaround was one day. They also gave me detail instructions on how to register my book with Bowker's Books in Print. This is the second time I've used their services and would recommend them to everybody.

  My initial request was fouled up with a user ID and when I requested clarification by email I received none. I started from scratch and finally received the ISBN and bar code. I will see where we go from here; that is, promotional information when printed in 2023.

  With more than a half century of giving and receiving Customer Service, I have gained a pretty firm understanding about what "Five Star Customer Service" means. In my humble, but sage opinion, Great Customer Service means just the kind of service I received from ISBNSERVICES.COM while placing my first-time order for an ISBN! First, the non-verbal communication was displayed well on their website and easy to understand. That said, I did have one clarifying question which I immediately sent an email to the email address displayed on the website - to be used for any questions or concerns.   Navigation on the site is clear and intuitive, but if I do need to contact them, they reply very quickly. Delivery is instant. Customer service is great. I use the "My ISBNs" page as a backup list of which ISBN we have assigned to which title.

  A cheap way to get your book published, fast and convenient. This platform buys isbns from Bowker in bulk and let each individual use one number for one book forever . It’s like rent a car from dealer, you have the right to use this car for your lifetime , but you don’t have the ownership. They make money by retailing the ISBNs, you only pay fraction of what Bowker charged had you purchased one ISBN directly. It’s a win-win ! The only downside is if your book became the best seller, they might take a big chunk of your money, because they are the owner, you are the author and can only get the royalty. However, who can win that lottery?
