  A class act....any way you look at it! Easily navigable website which delivers whatever it is you need to know. Helpful people too if you need to email support with questions. The price renders the competition laughable - many of whom claim "we're the cheapest." Yeah right! We have bought several ISBNs from this company - all delivered problem free, with an instantly downloadable barcode (that some others charge additionally for). This is without doubt the go-to company if you're looking for an ISBN or three.

The only thing I didn’t like was it didn’t clarify that a Barcode came with the ISBN number so I have an ISBN and didn’t use the Barcode from your company I was assigned a barcode through someone else for that reason I’m giving a 3 star rating.

  ISBN helped out with the formatting of my e-book and turning it into the correct file type. Although there were a few niggles along the way, they were instructive and guided me through the process to its final completion in a professional and timely manner. Always prompt with replying to emails and ensuring my needs were met. They ISBN number was a simple enough process through their website and now I have one, all was good. If I do this sort of thing again, ISBN will be the people I go to.

  I will never use this company again. I paid an additional $40.00 fee to have my ebook done correctly and when I uploaded it was not accepted. I had to go and pay someone more money to do it in the correct format.

  I had a Google doc file that I converted to EPUB but it had errors. I could not figure out how to fix them so I set my files to isbn and they fixed all the errors and sent the files back to me within a few days. I will definitely use them again!

  I bought a basic ISBM without properly researching what IngramSpark accepts. come to find out, I needed a custom ISBN and not the basic. Josh in customer service was great and refunded my money for the basic so I could buy a custom ISBN for publishing my novel.

  I consider myself lucky to find ISBN Services after failure with the BookBaby where the big money for company was the most important issue. I was lucky to work with Josh at ISBN who helped me to create an Ebook. From the first moment he quickly immersed himself into my situation and what I was writing about the book.
