  Kusmi Tea has an excellent website, very easy to navigate. The checkout process was simple, and we received our order within 2 days. Amazing ! We were also sent 3 sample tea bags to try, each a different flavour, and also a lovely free gift. We were really impressed, as since the new Brexit regulations came into place we have noticed that ordering from the EU has resulted in delays and lack of stock with some companies. Not the case with Kusmi Tea. We highly recommend this website.

  I ordered my tea from London, it arrived in record time (considering Brexit its not given), all beautifully packed and with some lovely presents incide. I ordered San Petersburg tea, my favorite one for many years. I hope Kusmi Tea shop will be back in London shortly, so I can try other flavors.

  Site improved a lot , communication is OK , shipment time is within expectation . Tea quality is the best thats why we are drinking this brand for over 15 years now . I only buy refill bags now and that packaging is TERRIBLE !! With no respect for the product nor for the customer , the bag sealing methode is not a suitable one . And than when the order is picked into the carton box it is done if dirty laundery is collected . PLEASE IMPROVE THIS !!??

  The customer support was poor, non-existing. I have sent 2 requests to follow up on the delay in delivery and did not hear back at all. That is dissapointing for such a high- profile international brand as Kuzmu Tea. Best regards, Julia

  The product itself is great however the shipping information on checkout is very misleading. I had no idea I had been charged 30 Euro just for shipping until after the payment was processed. The DHL shipping was terrific of course, but I would liked to have clearly known what I was being charged for shipping before check-out. My e-mails to ask them to help me rectify this were not responded to. One of the samples that came with the tea was the same as the ordered product. Free coasters were nothing but landfill which was frustrating from an environmental perspective. Great product not great follow up and packing of the product.

  I don´t know what happened with the link between you and the Brazilian customs, I did not receive any update on when it arrives so I could pay the remaining clearances about the items I bought. I usually receive some kind of update to pay the taxes when it arrives. This time none was received. I did shop twice with you and many times before, the last two no alerts were given and now it shows the period of paying the taxes expired and I lost the goods. I frequently buy goods from Europe and elsewhere and I always receive some kind of update. These last two shops I did I assume I lost the goods I paid for. This is extremly regretable.

  Very efficient service and received my Tropical White order from overseas in two days complete with samples and a token gift which was a wonderful surprise. Delighted to know that I can order online from the UK. Kusmi Tea is quality loose tea which I always purchase on trips to France.
