  Excellent teas and accessories. I have been a customer for seven years and I have never been disappointed. Shipped fast and delivered in three days, from ordering, to me in Finland. Recently availability of new items has been limited and I haven't been able to order all the things I wanted.

  To order was a bit convoluted as I couldn't find the refills without using the sear button. Order was processed quickly and a small hiccup with the quick delivery sorted out very well with the customer service. All was well in the End.

  Super excellent and fast delivery. Well packaged and no damage. I will definitely buy again as cannot source Kusmi tea in Australia from a shop. I adore the beautiful packaging and it is a great talking point. My absolute favourite this year is the Advent Calendar & will be looking out for next years' edition. Thankyou Kusmi tea!

  The order was not delivered, although the tracking system provided by Kusmi has a record that I was not at home when the order was delivered. I’ve received this notice directly from Kusmi. I went to the post office the next day - there was no parcel for me. I would not recommend to use Kusmi online shop.
