  When I was adding items to my basket they said I would get a free mulskin notebook. Eventually when I proceeded to the checkout, the notebook was removed from my cart and I don’t know why. That was very disappointing cause I really liked the notebook. It is never clear how much delivery cost I will pay.

  I have always loved Kusmi Ginger and Lemon tea since I first received it as a gift. I have tried many other teas over the years since then but Kusmi is my favourite. It has such a distinctive flavour. And it's great to be able to order it online as I cannot buy it in any local shops.

  I love the product. However the cost of shipping is very expensive at €9:90 for such a small package. Furthermore, for my last order the DHL delivery driver called me and pretended that the package wasn't properly addressed - requiring me to pick the package up rather than have it delivered. On collection I saw that the driver had attempted to obscure the address with a marker pen but had been stupid enough to leave the address clearly visible on the reverse side of the package. I complained to DHL who said I would have to complain to Kusmi. I sent details of my complaint to Kusmi but received no response. This is very poor customer service.

  The shopping basket goes empty after some time. So the client needs to put the products in the basket and then buy them, no time to think it over. Previous addresses were not stored. Shipping cost is ridiculously high.

  Overall their teas and products are good, but their business tactics are bad. They advertised a free gift with orders over 80 euros, but when I ordered and order arrived no gift was provided. I’ve followed up and received zero response. They then claimed on their email footer I noticed that gifts are provided for orders over 100 euros. That meant their ad was false, but they didn’t even apologise or offer to provide a gift as that’s what their add promised to do. If they would have traded in UK they would have called on their false advertisement tactics, but as French business they seem to get away with it with zero repercussions. Wouldn’t order from them again. There are plenty of places that sell excellent teas in UK.

  Site is unworkable and complicated , communication is impossible . finally I did place my order , but after the confirmation complete silence . up till today no delivery and no dispatch information ??. The new refill bags are sealed in such a unprofessional way that opening end even emptying is impossible without have leaves all over the place , a shame investing in such a expensive packaging line and operated so badly .

  Actual delivery cost was very much higher, about 6 times, the estimate delivery cost before check out. Always had to start from the top of the product list after making changes to selected item in shopping chart. Website should allow user to go back to product list, where he has left off and not having to start from the top of the list and select display more items again and again.

  The only reason why it isn't 5 stars is because your website is so messed up that everytime you try to sign in when paying for an order or trying to change the password each text field has a URL attached to it...that means that everytime you click into the field to enter your address/new password etc you get redirected to one of your sites....it took me 40 minutes and 3 devices to realise how to outsmart this bug but the only reason you didnt loose me as a customer is because your tea is that good and I managed to think of a way around this bug. We also contacted you via Facebook and there is still no response.... Tea wise, it is fantastic as always but user experience is terrible...I've never experienced anything as bad with your text field being messed up by that URL
