  One of the "5A" ProV1 dozen balls were not 5A: some had scuff marks, some were faded, and a couple had crazy sharpie drawings on them. I contacted customer service via email for a refund or exchange but did not hear back from the company.

  I'd say the quality I received were B to A compared to other stores. No scuffs or cuts but at least half were discoloured so 'not Mint' Price is comparative grade A imo. Paid extra for express delivery, still took 4 days to arrive. Overall I'm satisfied as my concerns are mostly about esthetics.

  I’ve used this site before. My orders always arrive quickly, and the quality is great. It’s better to use the same ball for consistency and the Srixon soft feel works best for my slow swing speed. Never have to worry about picking up stray lost balls, I just use mine all the time.

  I ordered “pristine” balls, but was disappointed with what was shipped to me. Out of the 5 dozen I purchased, about 31/2 dozen were actually in pristine condition. I emailed the company and never got a response regarding my issue. I had ordered from halfpricegolfballs in the past and was very pleased with my purchases. This time, however, I definitely was not. Makes me hesitant to buy from them in the future.

  No issues with the Product, but UPS Shipping and Costumer Services is terrible. UPS never delivered the package, but claimed delivery. Cannot open a claim against it as that needs to come from the Sender. Emailed Customer Services as soon as I received the Delivery notification from the Site and from UPS. I never received a reply from the Customer support team. I followed up the next week and again no response. $100 wasted due to poor delivery and worse customer service. Great product, as I have ordered from them before, but this was a really sour experience and will be looking to take business elsewhere.

  The delivery took way too long and when it was finally delivered it was dropped off at the wrong address. Thankfully the gentleman who received the package was honest and called me. I had to drive to his house to pick up the package of golf balls.
