  Exactly as advertised. Most have a logo of some kind, but are in perfect condition. The logos make them easy to identify if others are also playing Pro V1s. We absolutely buy again.

  Have bought from Half-Price many times … always very satisfied with service and product. However, this time they ‘forgot’ to personalize the balls, as ordered. When I called to mention this fact, they immediately apologized and offered a very generous compensation. Mistakes happen and this is very fair. I remain a happy cutemer.

  this is the 3rd order of 5 dozen 4A golf balls -- 1st 2 received as advertised --- but the last order had 9 balls out of 60 that were substandard --- 3 had "chips/nicks" imperfections in the coverings and 6 had cart path skid marks prevalent in the coverings --- this is a $24 cost of non delivery --- how do I apply for a rebate

  I liked the ease of ordering the golfballs but received the incorrect colour for part of my order ( yellow instead of orange). If I wanted yellow I would have ordered yellow. The company should have advised me before shipping the order.

  I submitted an order with the wrong type of balls I wanted and called customer service to rectify my order. I experienced good service and received my package very quickly.   I ordered 4A recycled pro v1x golf balls from them. They 'upgraded' them to 5A for some reason, but some of the golf balls are refurbished and I have paint coming off on my golf clubs.
