  I received exactly what I ordered. Within 10 minutes of placing my order, I responded to the order confirmation that I would like to change the color of the balls ordered. The next day I had not received a response so I sent an email to the customer support address on the website asking about possibly changing the order. I never heard back from either attempt from you. I received what I ordered, I have no problem with that. I am disappointed that you ignore inquiries about existing orders… pretty bad customer service

  The one thing I wish you would do is say how many dozen of a certain ball are available before you place the order. When I ordered the Bridgestone Lady balls I wanted 4 dozen but you only had three. Other than that site navigation is fine. Ball condition is always great & delivery prompt. Thanks.

  I purchased these a month ago, and still have not received them. I have a tracking number confirming shipping but once I open it it instructs me that it has been cancelled. I have emailed numerous times and left numerous voicemails on their service line (no one has ever answered the phone) asking for clarity, and of course no response. It’s a hard pill to swallow after spending over $300 on golf balls. I have started a complaint with the BBB, to try and get my refund, buyer beware.

  auto pay loaded wrong delivery address, I called and spoke to an employee woh said it was already on a skid but would sort it out. gave correct address. No one followed up and they shipped it to the wrong address. Filled out two surveys saying I still have not received them. No follow up. Terrible overall.

  I was looking online for a place that would do up a small order of monogramed golf tee's, and came across "Half Price Golf Balls" web site. Having never ordered from here before, I took my chance and was AMAZED with them! Not only were they a legit site, but my order was processed, manufactured and shipped to me within 2 weeks! I was very impressed and will not only be using them again but recommending them to others!
