  I have been researching a way to expedite and renew my passport without going through the post office or some 3rd party that makes me do all the work and charges me a large fee. I found GovPlus on Facebook and gave them a try because they had great ratings. This was the best experience I have had doing a passport renewal and it was easy, fast and they did all the work! It was easy to navigate their portal and I had a great customer experience. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

  GovPlus uses an AI robot not accepting the best professional photos. I paid for a professional photo at Walgreen's Photo and it was refused, just as my previous 5 tries to submit my own photo were. I believe the robot will reject all photos after several tries. If this is the best the US Government can do for passport renewals, the Government has failed it's citizens here.

  I would never use them again. After initially giving them a great review we had nothing but problems. 1st, they kept rejecting my husband's photo. 2nd, it was not intuitive to submit the information via the internet. 3rd, my passport packet took way more time to receive than it should have. My husband has yet to receive his. 4th, there were plenty of mistakes and I had to speak to them on the phone with a representative to get emailed corrections that I had to print. 5th, I went to the Passport Office today, only to be told that I needed to return tomorrow with original documents. Gov wrote separate checks for various things and the passport office wanted only one check. Our local passport office thought we wasted our money! So do we.

  I had recently lost my Passport but Thanks to "GovPlus .com" I was able to apply for a replacement Passport immediately for a moderate fee which I feel was well worth it! The application process was quite Simple, however I had delays gathering the Unexpected documentation Needed, of which I did not have onhand. I wish GovPlus wd of Listed ALL documents Needed PRIOR to payment of fees & to starting the application process. It wd of been such great Help and so much Smoother w/out interuptions. I also expected to receive the Passport quicker but time lapse is about the same as doing it youself. Aside from that, it was a worthwhile experience & I wd Highly recommend GovPlus to those of Us who Hate Waiting on lines!!
