  Very organized precise process for passports. The fact that they take care of your passport photo & you can use your phone at home is amazing. Well worth the cost. I hv to see what else I can use this for. I hv a lot of documents to do for my new LLC.

  Terrible, DO NOT USE! It is a scam. They charged my credit card and no results. The Official TSA identoGO company verified that it is a scam. I had to pay at the official office.

  I see govplus commercials and online advertising and thought I would give them a chance needlessly did I no that I was going to be se up for the biggest scam ever they took all of my information and never produced a passport for me. What makes a company do such a thing I have called govplus several times they get you hopes up they will follow through but the thing you get is a customer service rep that has kids and a barking dog in the background they don’t do refunds I give them no stars but I haven’t to give them something in order to warn you

  Heard about the app on Facebook 01/24/2024 I heard about Gov on Facebook, best experience, easy to fill out on line. Problem: did not know you could send documents and picture on line. went to Walgreens to take pictures for $19. did not need them. was not made aware until I was ready to submit application. wish that information was available on the app Gov
