  Absolute garbage and possibly scam. My experience might have been an exception but 3 months after payment and filling out all paperwork I got nothing. No response to update just silence. Called to cancel and get refund just to be told that I will get a partial refund because I used a software that got me nothing. Scam.

  The only problem I have is I went to our Wixom, MI Post office & they do not do Passports. They directed me to the City of Wixom offices across the street which they did my passport but I had to pay them $35.00. The check that you sent me was made out to "Postmaster". Can I mail you back my receipt & the check to get a refund for $35.00, please?

  If I could give leave a minus 100, I would. They took my money and I never received my my document. No help or assistance what addition information may be needed to obtain my docment. Send in this form is what you need to do. They never followed with me. My advice, go directly to the agency to get the help you need. I found out my request is free from the agency. To me this is a scam. Unfortunately out the money and no document. Poor business. Update your instructions state fill out the form. I followed the instructions. Nothing about identification. Nothing about contacting you for help. No document and out the money.

  The process was tedious and the photo component was very frustrating. It’s a lot easier to just go and get a passport photo I figured out . I submitted multiple photos I took all rejected ;). But the chat room help was outstanding !!!! They answered promptly and efficiently ! And got me through every glitch. Best chat room evah !

  Started my application for my passport back at the beginning of May. Paid ALL the fees (almost $300) and my application is currently still under review. It should NOT take this long for a passport. At this point, I should have just paid for expedited on the main website. Not sure I’ll be using this website to renew.

  This is a service to help fill out paperwork. I was charged $97 to have them send me “a kit” and then I would have to pay the $130 for my actual passport. Go to the travel.gov actual passport site. Don’t waste time with this.

  On July 2 2025 went online thinking I was on a legit website. Did all my passport information for renewal paid $97 received nothing in the mail when I called them they said I had a week to make a dispute which why would I make them dispute when I was waiting for my passport to come in the mail which takes six weeks this is a rip off. Do not put your information in for gov plus they're not a legit business I'm out 97.00 live and learn

  Every ruse is employed to make you click more than once, thereby upselling you for things that nobody would ever willingly purchase. I'm accepting my over charge as a reminder to not be so stupid in the future. And, of course, I still have no idea whether the service actually delivers anything at all. Maybe they are happy to just get my card number.
