  I ordered both mint and 4A Both were as advertised but the 4A’s being awesome, of the 24 I ordered maybe 4-5 had tiny scuffs the rest I would have thought would have been ‘mint’ But hey good trade off, I’m a 10 handicap and will put all the balls I bought in play (and maybe 1 or 2 in the water)

  Of the 6 dozen balls that I ordered and received I was very satisfied in what I got, however in the pack of TP5s I got 4 of the 12 balls I got should have been grade b balls not grade A which I ordered. Those 4 had some pretty good scuffs on them and should never been considered grade A. I was disappointed in that pack of balls.

  Ordered 3 doz mint Pro V1s. Received 14 I would classify as truly mint, 14 that were close but not mint and 8 that definitely were not. This was my first try at buying used golf balls after many many years so I might not be the correct target customer. I did receive a note when I replied with my concerns but to me, its more trouble than its worth to debate about it. In my view, if you like new, buy new. If you good with used, then this seems a good place to purchase. But if you are trying to find new or newish for the price of used, you may be disappointed. Not unlike golf, the key to success is to manage your expectations.

  I've previously ordered from Golfballs, grade B yellow, and was very happy with the quality of the balls. I ordered the same again but the quality of the balls were much lower this time: from my opinion very faded and discoloured. I reached out to customer service and they explained that the balls are received this time were indeed grade B, but my previous order may have been low in stock so they provided grade As instead, so my expectations were set much higher. Working with customer service was great and they were able to accommodate and gave me several options. Overall am happy with the service and shipping speed. Way to improve or provide more clarity to customers is some sample images of what types of balls you can expect based on their grade. Because of their service I will order again.

  Overall I would say very good physical condition, but did not rate as excellent. I would give overall rating at 4.5/5. About 5% of these balls had excessive ball markings from previous owners on them. That was only complaint. I don't mind manufacture logos but X's and circles???
