    Ordered 2 different dozen balls in mint condition. Arrived quickly with only a few balls having ink marks. Then ordered another 4 dozen -about 1/4 of those balls have ink marks and 1 has a skid mark. Overall the rest of the balls are mint. Sale went on the day after we ordered and they honoured that by email. 👍🏼

    Navigation of site was great. Grade B balls are above my expectations. Ordered TP5pix generation 1 balls, was upgraded to generation 2 balls. Despite really wanting Gen 1 balls, still very pleased with quality. I do think any change in order should be communicated ahead. Although I likely would have cancelled the order, I am very pleased with the quality of the balls I received.

    First order with this company. Ordered 9 dozen of Titleist DT Solo "Mint" golf balls. Out of the order 5 had a logo and 15 had previous sharpie marks. No problem with number of logos and simply remarked over existing sharpie marks on others. The odd "darker ball" but not many. All balls definitely playable and I use these for early spring and late fall golf. Shipping time was ok but give yourself a bit of lead time is your order is urgent. Bottom line is good golf balls, great price and you save money.

    After waiting over a week and my order had not even been shipped, when I finally contacted you, I was advised that you didn't have enough to fill the order, and while you admitted plainly that I should have been notified, you failed to do so. I also didn't appreciate being offered different balls with no discount to replace what I had ordered. I have ordered many times in the past, and had positive experiences, but this was not one of them. I will likely do so again, but this time was not a positive experience and I thought you should know. I will add that I did appreciate the prompt refund once I requested it.

    They had my balls on back order and unfortunately forgot to ship them on time . When I contacted them they contacted me right away and apologized and upgraded my ball order which was a nice thing to do. They added some tees and a ball cleaner to the order with the balls but unfortunately forgot one dozen other balls which I had ordered. I reached out again and they apologized, although there was no improvement on the order, just an apology. These balls were a gift for a friend of mine and he was leaving for a month so it looks like they will not arrive in time .
