  The golf balls I ordered are older and I have played with them for years. I do lose one or two per round or hit so much that I wear the dimples of them. The ones I get from you are in good condition. I will order more later in the year.

The customer service people are a pleasure to deal with I had an issue with a particular color (out of stock) they promptly substituted another color and shipped the order .   1 star means I received less than 20% of what I expected. I clicked on the “Pristine ProV 2020” link in the clickbait email. Long story short....It’s clear that I did not receive Pristine. They are full of huge logos, and 1 bag is clearly less than Pristine…scuffs, multiple player id marks, and very used. I'd say 15% had no logos, and looked basically new....which is what I thought I bought. There was no way to verify the level / quality purchased throughout the transaction process. Even the packing slip upon arrival doesn't indicate what I bought, just the quantity. By reading the return policy, they put the onus on the customer to fix the problem & to pay for return shipping. BS!! I emailed them with no response. 2 calls were unanswered/returned. I’m headed on my big golf trip so I don’t have time to return them, and I’m really unhappy. I’m buying new next time.

  Thought I ordered too notch balls. Got the 5A Pristine pack of assorted brands. Wilson and Top Flite filled the bag. They seem in good condition but disappointed with lack of premium balls delivered. Assumed there would be some Titleist, Callaway, etc in there. Still a good deal though.

  The Superhot Calaway golf balls I ordered were out of stock. They replaced those with supersoft. That was a blessing in disguise. The supersofts have a great feel and give you great distance. Ordering was easy and the balls were as described.

  I bought orange Bridgestones, but didn't get orange Bridgestones. They're basically "light peach" they're so faded and worn. I haven't taken them out of the bag yet, but they appear to be in rough shape. I've seen range balls look better than these.

  Very good. Received promptly, and quality was just as rated or better, so no complaints at all. I'd only tried this company after using Lost Golf Balls several times, then having a horrible experience there. I had to keep checking with them, as my order never shipped. Repeatedly, they told me they'd ship in a few days. After 3 or 4 delays like that, they offered me "mint" ProV's (I'd ordered Bridgestone). The balls I got were cracked, scratched horribly, and some were reconditioned. In this order from FGB, I got some 5A ProV, and 4A Vice Pro. The Vice could've been considered 5A, so I'm more than happy. Will definitely re-order. The only possible negative (and one star deduction) is I wish they carried more Bridgestones, my preferred ball.

  I ordered 5A (PRISTINE) golf balls @ 5 dozen. Half the balls have logos or lines drawn on them. Then I find a ball stamped FTRUMP. That sent me over the edge and I will not be reordering without this issue being addressed.

  I wanted balls with a logo and couldn't make it work. The "Add Logo" would not come up. I thought I had not picked a pristine bal. Finally figured out my add blocker was blocking me out. Turned it off for your website and all OK...Might mention that in your website may be losing customers.

  4 of the golf balls I received have had failures off the first tee (all small cracks in the cover). I have bought used balls in the past and haven’t had this issue. I recommend more quality control.
