  I never buy new golf balls. Even back when I played consistently in the 70's I could never feel any significant difference with a new ball....other than more irritation if I lost it! Maybe guys who play around 70 or under feel a difference - I would not know about that. The balls always arrive quickly so my brother and I can lose them!

  I received some of the balls I ordered but not all. The one I received were excellent but since I received a partial order with little explanation and it required me notifying you that the order was incomplete and needed a refunded. The refund went without a hitch so I was happy with that but I don't quite understand why it didn't happen automatically since the order was incomplete?

  i have been ordering Titleist Tour Soft 5A balls for some time and love them...however the last order contained a mix of logo'd and non logo's balls...in the past I always received non logo'd which is what I thought i was ordering..may have been my mistake but the mix of balls leads me to believe that they shipped what they had to fill the order. Now Tour Soft is no longer in the Titleist line up on the site.

  The balls were great. However they showed delivered and I didn’t receive them. When I called they replaced them and sent out again. They filed a claim with UPS. The customer service was helpful. 2 wks later original pkg showed up.

  I have used this site for a lot of custom balls and they have all been great. My only issue is that when I ordered my last order I didn't get a chance to expedite it and thought it would show up in time for our annual golf trip. They showed up 2 days late. Otherwise I'm happy with the work

  Balls are in great shape and arrived when they were supposed. Just FYI you buy out of Canada so are charged an international fee. Small fee but it doesnt' tell you before you order
