  You did deliver in a reasonable time. But the cover of the Bridgestone e12 is one of the worst I have ever played. I have had to “retire” balls in my first round because they have significant flaws.I will never buy this ball again. I think you should consider not selling it.

  I received the order late yesterday, 8 days after it was said to be "out for delivery". The label on the bag you placed the balls in was obliterated. The bag was placed in a small box and relabeled for delivery.

  I ordered 5 dozen vice yellow balls supposedly in pristine condition, what arrived were balls with with many blemishes where the yellow was worn off, all the balls had been scrubbed/ washed so hard NONE had the manufacturers shine on them. These ball aren’t good for anything but the practice range, I am deeply disappointed in the product I received.

  Am very satisfied with my first purchase. Purchased 5 dozen Pristine Kirklands and they do look like new balls. I did have some difficulty trying to personalize them when ordering. Don’t know why but every time I placed the name on the ball, it would not show when I proceeded to the next step. Probably my fault, but I had ordered personalized balls on line previously from other web site. That being said, I am not disappointed with my purchase.

  Unhappy! I ordered these golf balls for a friend’s retirement. I paid $12.99 extra to have them rush delivery (“within 24 hours”). 2 days later, I received an email saying they left the warehouse. I emailed back to tell them I ordered rush delivery. They informed me that it would take 7-10 days to get them because they only has regular USPS shipping. 😢 Then, I paid an extra $5.99 to have “happy retirement” packaging. When I finally received the package it said both happy retirement AND happy birthday. The golf balls were $19.99 and I paid an extra $18.98 for absolutely nothing.I left a voicemail for the company to let them know these things - but no one called me back. I won’t order from them again.
