  Balls are in great condition, can't tell they are not new. Also, the custom logo for free is a great idea. Who knew putting your own name on a golf ball would feel so good. ( Of note, the font size is smaller than it appears on the design tool)

  Unbelievable condition and free customizing. The 5A Pristine look like new balls. I can't tell the difference between them and the new balls in my bag. Just order three more boxes. I'm saving over $50 on every three boxes. It makes losing one not so stressful :-)

  I expected the balls I ordered to be of a used variety. Even though they were listed as "Pristine", I did not expect them to be as fine as they were.   Ordered the Callaway supersoft yellow 5A pristine golf balls. After several days I got an email letting me know they didn’t have those balls and asking me if I would accept a Bridgestone ball with an equivalent 5A Pristine rating. I appreciated receiving that email, and did receive the Bridgestone balls, although I thought shipping time was a little slow.. Nevertheless, I have ordered a couple of times and my only disappointment is that there are usually several balls in the batch that are indeed marked or stamped with a corporate logo. All in all, I am pleased with the order but receiving a few balls that are marked takes the rating from 5 stars to 4.

  The price for the 5 dozen golf balls I purchased was great. The condition of the balls was, as advertised, like new. The only surprise that I received was that the balls arrived in a big orange netting bag. I expected, incorrectly, that they would arrive in sleeves. That is my only issue with this order and company.

  I had a problem ordering online. The system wouldn't accept the discount code. Had to call in where the young lady told me it was a known problem with the online ordering but she was able to apply the discount and complete the order. Otherwise good used balls.
