  So far, my experience is quite poor. I ordered balls listed on the website is available. After several days I was contacted and informed the balls I ordered were not available. I ordered a three piece ball. The company offered to fill my order with a 2 piece ball. I refused and insisted they fill my order with a comparable 3 piece ball. They offered , and I confirmed an acceptable replacement. Roughly a week later I received the order, which included the two piece balls I’d refused. I contacted customer service. They apologized for the mistake and stated they would fill my order ( with the original balls I ordered). They did state thatI should keep the incorrect balls they shipped. Several days have passed. I still don’t have confirmation of a new shipment containing the correct product….so jury is still out on that.

  Ordered Taylor Made TP5X PIX USA 2021 on 7-24-22 after almost two weeks did not receive shipping information so emailed only two find out days later balls I ordered were not in stock so they are sending me different balls not sure why I was not contacted and charged for balls not in stock.   The order was for 25 dozen balls, but I received little over 20 dozens. Not sure if the count is automated or manually counted, but being off by over 50 balls is unacceptable, to say the least. The representative was polite, and made the order whole by sending the rest of the balls. In my opinion, it should have been right the first time.
