  I have bought balls from this site for years and have always been impressed by the quality and the customer service. I recently bought 5 dozen TP5x 2021 balls with 4A grade and most of them were perfect. There were a few that had what I would consider more than 4A worth of scars so I contacted customer service and they immediately took care of the concern without hesitation. I can't ask for more.   Had a mix up with my order and was shipped the incorrect order. I sent an email and in a very short time I receive a reply. They apologized for the mix up and shipped my correct order immediately.
